  1. John M. and Craig L, Fair enough, I will present what I feel provides good proof of the Apollo Hoax and/or what I think is anomolous and requires some sort of explanation. Craig, for the record, yes you have been fair and civil towards me on this forum. Likewise I have conceded when you have proven me wrong. John, if you call me "Mr. Dines" again I'll hunt you down and punch you on the nose! My name is Bill! Okay, I guess the ball is in my court.....I'll be back.
  2. Evan, Well said Sir! While we differ on this issue, I am pleased to see you are willing to discuss this in a civilised manner. I believe Jack has produced the definitive Apollo photo analysis to date, worthy of serious consideration and discussion. If you, Mr. Lamson, and particularly John M are prepared to respond to posts on this site without personally attacking Mr. White, then yes, I would dearly love to discuss Jack's work. Bottom line, leave the bitchy, snide, and sarcastic comments for the Apollohoax Forum and let's use this forum as it was intended. Okay, I don't have a whole lot of letters after my name but I did go to school once, well twice actually but the second day was a sports carnival. No need to "dumb down" your replies. Finally, regarding Dr. Costella, having met the man several times, I can say there is absolutely no clandestine relationship between Mr. White or Dr. Costella. Indeed, Dr. Costella is very impartial regarding the Apollo missions and it took quite an effort on my behalf to get him to even consider looking into the issue. Bill
  3. And you had how many bongs for breakfast today, Paul?
  4. Why the lack of hassleblad images with the gold visors up? Surely, a photo showing your face while on the moon would be an important record of each astronauts's mission? This is true of all missions, not just Apollo 11 by the way. To date, the only other "visor up" image I can find is a video frame of Cernan from Apollo 17. Please post a hassleblad image of any astronaut with his visor up if you can. I'd love to see one. Is it possible that an error was realized after these very first photos were taken? That is, exposure to the harsh conditions on the moon would not be possible using just the glass of the helmet alone? The gold visors were essential barriers to the conditions on the moon.
  5. Hi Jack, Didn't realize you were here. Mind if I have a bat? Lens Flares Prove Second Light Source In Apollo 11 Images. I’ve believed for a long while that the lens flares visible in a lot of the Apollo images can be used much like the iron sights on a rifle to sight back to the light source. This theory is supported by the following from Jay Utah on the BABB: From BABB: (http://www.badastronomy.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=13018) Q: “If we lined the two lens flares in as11-40-5873 could it tell us the sun's elevation? And if so, are there any exceptions that lens flares would not point directly to the sun”? In response to the above question on Lens Flares, Jay Utah wrote: “The sun lies along the line suggested by the two flares, but there's no way of knowing where along that line it lies”. That is, the lens flares do indeed point back to the light source! Okay, given the above, consider the 3 images used in the assembled image below. The images are: AS11-40-5863, 64 and 65. All consecutive shots by Neil Armstrong with very little change in his relative position between shots. The fact that these 3 images when assembled almost line up perfectly indicates how little Armstrong moved. Does this explain why the “porch” on the side of the LEM away from the sun is so brilliantly lit?
