Thomas Graves
Eusebio Azcue Lopez, the former Cuban Consul in M.C., testified to the HSCA in 1978 that the "Oswald" who visited the M.C. Cuban Consulate/Embassy three times in late September and early October of 1963 did not resemble the man killed in Dallas by Jack Ruby. He said the man who visited the consulate was over thirty years of age and had a very thin face. He also says that he had "dark blond hair" and that he had "...very straight eyebrows, cold, hard, and straight eyes. His cheeks were thin. His nose was very straight and pointed." According to Spartacus Educational, Sylvia Duran told Anthony Summers that she had testified to the HSCA that this "Oswald" was quite short-- in fact about as short as she was (5' 3.5"); she also told Summers that this "Oswald" didn't look like the Oswald arrested in Dallas after the assassination. Also according to Spartacus, Duran told the Mexican authorities who arrested her after the assassination that the "Oswald" who had visited the Embassy was blond-haired and had blue or green eyes...
