The Nix "device"

I do not know what this strange device is. It appears in full in only one Nix frame, although in adjacent

frames it starts appearing and disappearing. It is not a compression artifact. It appears to be an actual

object photographed by "the Nix camera". The foreground of many Nix frames is retouched out and

replaced by "gray oval objects" which show brush strokes and varying shades of gray. I believe that

both the gray shapes and the strange device are indicative of alteration of the Nix film.
