Robert Harris's Broken 3rd Floor Window Of The Daltex Building

I came across a short piece of film today, which hopefully at last puts an end to Robert Harris's bizarre theory of a a mad deranged google eyed window breaking Venetian blinds scissors snipping assassin, firing a shot from that location as the limo turned on to Elm.

The 3rd floor window is clearly not broken.

The 3rd floor window is clearly not broken.

I don't see any broken windows on the 3rd floor. That does not mean there might not be some shooters up there hiding in some window, maybe cracking open some window. But I do not see any busted out windows up there.
