Jack Ruby is supposed to have died , suddenly, from cancer. There are no autopsy photos of Jack Ruby that I am aware of. There are autopsy photos of Oswald and JFK and I recall seeing autopsy photos of Tippit. But I do not think there are any autopsy photos of Jack Ruby. Did you know that Jack Ruby "died" an innocent man? His conviction for murder was overturned a few weeks before he "died" , suddenly, of cancer. For comparison here is John Kennedy's coffin.
