Oswald's "autobiography"

Does anyone know where this comes from?

It looks like some kind of appeal for communist membership or establishing his bona fides or something. I'm not disputing anything in it, it's just that I had never seen it before.

PS: In this "autobiography", he says he is including his tax returns from Jaggars-Chiles-Stovall.

I thought that was a little odd.
