I will make a new presentation this afternoon at the Dallas CAPA conference: Turning Veciana’s Misdirection Into A Roadmap. Attached is new update to a post I made several weeks ago. The margin-to-margin white entries are my editorial commentary. The white background cells are CIA events. The black background cells are U.S. Army/DOD events. This graphic illustrates clearly how the CIA dissapeared soon after Veciana arrived in Miami. In 1962 and 1963 it’s all Army/Pentagon activity—using Veciana to push President Kennedy into war — in the most dangerous moments of the Cuban Missile Crisis—that he explicitly ruled out.
