But when pressed for the photographs and audio tapes by the HSCA, they said the cameras watching the Consulate were not working, submitted a photograph of a man outside the Russian Embassy who was clearly not Oswald, and claimed to have destroyed an audio tape of a phone call Oswald allegedly made.
