Jean Ceulemans Posted October 7, 2023 Share Posted October 7, 2023 (edited) In Larry Sneed's "No more silence" (thanks Greg D. for recommending this book to me), Police Captain Charles O. Arnett makes a statement of hearing about Oswald spending a night in Clarksville. This was a couple of nights before 11/22. He informed the Highway Patrol (why these guys ?) about it and says he later heard the information was true. I have been trying to find more on this, but found nothing substantial.
