I attended one on the Cold War a couple of years ago and it was one of the most rewarding in-service experiences I've had in 30 years... The seminars are led by some of the top people in the field -- the Cold War one I went to was led by Odd Arne Westad -- and are free. They even pay you $500 to go and give you the books free...
