I sent an email to all members asking them to let me know if they did not receive the letter. I also posted the same message on the Forum. I sent out an email to all members yesterday asking if they had been given permission to attend the meeting in Worthing. I have just received a reply to say the the three Greek members will not be attending as they never got their letter of invitation. It is vitally important that people let me know what is going on.
