As one can see it is quite rounded. The side view of a skull cut in half shows the cirvature from top to the base outlined in red. As is seen it is much more shallow. The photo in question has corresponding curvatures outlined again in green and red. ______________ the base of the skull image also shows how sizes are 'distorted' when taking a closeup photo.
