I´ve checked Amazon but they only have a small collection of books. I would be very happy if you have an suggestion where I should look. Guest Stephen Turner Posted May 16, 2006 Share Posted May 16, 2006 There is always the old fasioned way, Most of my collection has been garnered by browsing second hand bookshops ( most of my 100 plus Jack the ripper books have been got this way as well) People tend to buy books related to the assassination, read them once and sell them on. But just about everything appears sooner to later. I've gotten some pretty good deals on ebay: Sylvia Meagher, Josiah Thompson and Penn Jones for example. But I've also seen these same books go for a lot more than I paid. abebooks.com - for all used books. It's not unusual to find a dealer who'll sell a JFK book for less than what you'd have to pay on ebay, especially if the dealer is NOT a JFK specialist. Roger Ebay has a lot of evidentiary CD ROMS, photos, LIFE magazines and even unreleased Dallas photos. For Amazon you should research authors names you are interested and seach by name, example: Marrs, Groden, Mark Lane, Jay Epstein, Prouty, etc.......... Mark My latest big find for books on the assassination is at e-bay but when you sign in search for "JFK KENNEDY ASSASSINATION store" surprisingly it is run by Jame Tague who was a bystander and hit by a fragment as he stood just before the "Triple Underpass". Turns out that I purchased Harold Weisberg's "Never Again" and Tague signed the page his story was on, some of his items can be a little $$$ but some are priced very reasonable and his stock always seems to be updated. If you know the title of the book you are seeking then go to "BookFetcher.Com" and put the title in and it will find your best price and it seems to get better prices then Amazon from Amazon i.e. I found a book on Amazon for $40.00 but when I went through BookFetcher they priced it at $32.00 and when I purchased it, it was from Amazon!
