Did Floyd have a history of heart problems?
No John, he did not.
I have been told that the intelligence services have ways of making people lose consciousness while driving their car. I have heard that this method was used against Mac Wallace.
And, as we all know, they can also induce heart attacks and leave no detectabe trace.
Floyd had so many talents I was unaware of. He did a molding of Stevie Ray Vaughn that is just stunning. He was also a firefighter. There were sooo many people at the wake last night.

ps Thanks Glen, I have sent William an email.

Thank you for your comment, I hadn't noticed all the details.
But is it established 100% that this is taken by Couch? I have a copy named Couch, lasting 22 seconds, showing the NFV - logo in the down-right corner. It ends showing a cop standing beside his motorcycle besides the steps up to the knoll. (Somewhere in that vicinity). Not that it has anything to do with it, but also just out of curiosity I remember I heard Jim Darnell had a motion-picture camera. Also that Mrs. Beck - story. Yet I am sure there are many stories about missing footage, and I probably have heard just a fraction of them.
I believe that the Mrs. Beck story was a false lead. There is more to that story. I try to gave you a break down of the films.

John,
Sorry, but the Couch film doesn't show Wiegman and Cancellare running to catch camera car #1 as you indicated. It shows CBS cameraman Tom Craven and White House cameraman Tom Atkins. Craven is then seen vaulting onto the trunk.

I'm retired. I live in the western part of the United States. My areas of interest are the film and photos taken in Dealey Plaza on 11/22/63 and the television coverage of that day.
Bell vs Wiegman
in JFK Assassination Debate
Posted
Duncan & Chris,
You've both made some mistakes here.
First, Duncan, you identified the figure behind the Stemmons sign in the Bell film as a black man carrying a baby. By that you mean John Chism carrying three year old son Ricky. It wasn't John and Ricky, however, but rather NBC's Dave Wiegman still filming the Hesters. John, Ricky and Faye Chism were standing in the grass just below shelter #4 with Ricky in Faye's arms.
Second, Chris, you identified a man in "the lower right part of the animation" of the Bell film as CBS cameraman Tom Craven. Actually, it's most likely White House cameraman Tom Atkins who left camera car #1 at about the same time as Wiegman. Craven remained in their car until sometime after the President's limo went through the triple underpass. You can see Craven's late arrival on the knoll clearly in several photos and in the Martin film. You can also spot him arriving late at the beginning of the Couch film, if you look closely, along with Atkins who continues to move toward the Newmans as Wiegman sprints down the knoll after filming the Hesters. This also means that Craven did not film the Hesters at this point in time.
