  1. A year ago or so, the photo that Roger Craig describes below was posted here or elsewhere. I saved the photo and it must be on my harddrive somewhere. I cannot find it anymore because I forgot what name I gave it. Does anybody recall the picture and know where to find it?

    Wim

I had several meetings with Jim Garrison. He showed me numerous pictures taken in Dealey Plaza on November 22, 1963. Among them was a picture of a Latin male. I recognized him as being the same man I had seen driving the Rambler station wagon in which I had seen Oswald leave the Book Depository area. I was surprised and I asked Jim who the man was. Jim did not know but he did say this man was arrested in Dealey Plaza immediately after the assassination but was released by Dallas Police because he could not speak English! This was, to me, highly unusual. In my experience as a police officer I had never known of a person (or prisoner) being released because of a language barrier. Interpreters were, of course, always available.

  2. Good initiative by John Simkin.

My take is that it was a coup d' état orchestrated by the CIA , right wing oil men and key members of organized crime. It was executed on ground zero by Cuban exiles and CIA/mafia hitmen, and covered up by LBJ and J. Edgar Hoover, who both had the means and the motive for the deed.

    Gee, only two sentences!

    Here's another summary:

Now, I am curious to the submissions of Denis Pointing, Duke Lane, Gary Mack, etc ........

Nothing new to add, only old stuff and a question: Where did you learn that the plaid jacket man posed as an SS agent?

Good question ... You can look this up and check it for accuracy because I am going on memory here - Lee Bowers said that he lost sight of one of the two men who said was along the fence (the heavy set man) and the other man (plaid clothing man) was still visible to him. Then I seem to recall Bowers talking about a policeman coming up to the man that Lee could still see. I believe it was Officer Smith who said that he met a man at the fence who showed him credentials as a SS man. This description and encounter does not match the alleged movements of Files post shooting.

    Bill Miller

Sorry, but that is all rubbish. Bowers never said that the plaid coat man showed credentials (of whatever sort) to a police officer.

You also mixed up the man he thought was still there, which was not the plaid coat man.

    Wim

    Mr. Bowers.

No; he left the motorcade and came up the incline on the motorcycle.

    Mr. Ball.

Was his motorcycle directed toward any particular people?

    Mr. Bowers.

He came up into this area where there are some trees, and where I had described the two men were in the general vicinity of this.

    Mr. Ball.

Were the two men there at the time?

    Mr. Bowers.

I--as far as I know, one of them was. The other I could not say.

The darker dressed man was too hard to distinguish from the trees. The white shirt, yes; I think he was.

  4. What more can I say? There are about 1000 posts on this forum alone to give you some insight into my point of view; if you don't have one yet, I really don't know what else to say.

    This thread ends here.

What can you say? Why don't you summarize in two sentences what your take is on the JFK assassination? Saves me a lot of unnecessary digging. What I HAVE read does not give me a clear picture whatsoever.

    Wim

  5. Duke,

John McAdams presents you as a conspiracy theorist. He even places articles from you on his website.

Are you indeed a "conspiracy theorist"? Are you okay with that label from McAdams?

What is it that you believe about the JFK assassination? I still don't know, since what I found on your website, you seem to leave it in the middle.

If you've seen Oliver Stone's 1992 movie JFK, you may wonder who among a wide array of possible conspirators really killed the 35th President of the United States ... or you may remain convinced that it was the work of a deranged sociopath named Lee Harvey Oswald (or maybe you've seen him with Elvis at a nearby 7-11!).

Thanks in advance for some clarification.

  6. Has anything changed that would make one believe Files was in the RR yard shooting at JFK? Bowers saw two mean along the fence between he and the underpass. One wore a plaid jacket posing as a SS Agent - doesn't seem to fit Files description. The other man was said to be heavy-set, which doesn't fit Files description either. Anything new to add???

    Bill Miller[/b]

Nothing new to add, only old stuff and a question: Where did you learn that the plaid jacket man posed as an SS agent?

    Here's the old stuff:

James Files says he wore a plaid poplin jacket. Lee Bowers described a young man with such a coat:

Mr. BOWERS. Directly in line, towards the mouth of the underpass, there were two men. One man, middle-aged, or slightly older, fairly heavy-set, in a white shirt, fairly dark trousers. Another younger man, about midtwenties, in either a plaid shirt or plaid coat or jacket.Mr. BALL.. Were they standing together or standing separately?

Mr. BOWERS. They were standing within 10 or 15 feet of each other, and gave no appearance of being together, as far as I knew.

JF: As for Ed Hoffman’s statement, I think he got a little confused or tried to add a little extra, kind of dress it up. Then again, maybe he believes he saw it that way. The only thing he got right was me kneeling down putting the weapon away.

  8. Was Healy the shooter on the sixth floor then? :)

Why do you ask ... is Files now claiming to be the shooter from the 6th floor, too?

No, you said that Healy has as much to do with the JFK assassination as Files. Since Files was shooting from the knoll, I figured you meant to say that Healy was the still unknown shooter from the sixth floor. :ice

  9. Bill, It might very well be that Healy's remarks were repulsive. I have trouble finding them quickly there. Can you copy paste them here? I'll let you know if I agree.

    Wim

Wim, I previously posted why I only put up the link and not the wording of Healy's psychotic rants. I have to now wonder even more how it is that you can sensibly and logically tell if Files story is true or not when you cannot even see why I wouldn't post Healy's vulgar remarks on this forum.

As far as you having trouble finding Healy's remarks quickly ... I don't believe you. You have time to read post and respond to everything, then you have time to read the linked page. The link works and you can presumably read.

If it helps you ... you copy and paste that smut and post it here word for word for your quick review and we'll count the minutes and hours before you are suddenly absent from the forum ... don't try playing me for a sucker.

    Bill Miller

I fail to see how David Healy has anything to do with Files. You made that non existent connection, not I.

What I see on the start of that page is:

    DAVID GORDON HEALY

This page is dedicated to Healy, aka the junkie. Healy is the first to preach to LNer's that they know nothing about the JFK assassination and never contribute anything to the newsgroup.

Today Christmas Day, December 25, 2007 I would like to show you one days worth of Healys contributions to the JFK newsgroup and what he knows about JFK.

And then it goes on with so much incomprehensible junk, that I don't know if I should bother at all. One of the few things I understood is this one:

"this DVP (aka Dave Reitzes) guy has absolutely no shame... "

Is that a quote of Healy?

Who is the author of that page?

    Wim

  10. Gary Mack in the 1988 documentary "The men who killed Kennedy" :

We are not a free country anymore. Because the people that are smart enough and powerful enough to take out a President like that, and get away with it for 25 years, are probably involved in other areas of the Government. In other words, the country is being run by people we did not vote for.

If you read that, I think of Gary Mack as my hero.

If he would have lived in Germany in 1941, he could have said:

It's very wrong this regime prosecutes the Jews and deports them to somewhere East.

    Wim

  11. To many of us the Files story stinks like a dead skunk ... if it is your intention to try and defend Healy's past disjointed say-nothing vulgar postings that were compiled in that link, then you have finally found a way in my view to make Files look better.

    Bill Miller[/b]

What's the use of posting a link that is not there? Or did you not check it's there?

Don't worry Bill, I am in no need to make Files look better than he already does. I hope I don't insult you if I say I value Groden's opinion more. Maybe you can talk him out of it?

Meanwihle I let you chase that other dead skunk, Bigfoot, or whatever the name is of the animal that you saw.

    Wim

  12. So, lets get down to the serious stuff: did Wild BILL Miller sell any books for Groden?

Let's see the 'SANE' stamp on your hand before you can ask sick-puppy questions.

    http://rossleysignorance.wetpaint.com/page...ID+GORDON+HEALY

I don't know what this is all about, the link doesn't work either, but I ask myself why this kind of conduct by Bill Miller is allowed here. Can Miller prove, substantiate or make plausible that Healy is not "sane"? Can other members call Bill Miller "unsane"? Or will that be moderated?

And Bill, If I need "cheap publicity" here, I would just open a new thread and pump it full with OTHER people's opinions (including Groden's) on my work. I would keep udating it with the daily emails I receive. And it would still be a drop in the ocean with the not even 100 active posters here.

Maybe you should first worry about the expensive publicity on the crap that Mack puts out there? Ah sorry, before I call it crap, maybe I should first await your analysis of where Mack is "in error".......

    Wim

  13. Hey Roy,

To whom have you been talking?

    Gary Eugene Marlow, yes.
