Also Parker's analysis of the DCID 4/2 is weak. Parker dosent get," it " it seems. Synder dosent follow procedures and treat LHO as any kind of defector. THUS SYNDER TREATS HIM AS A NULL DEFECTOR AKA FALSE DEFECTOR. ,gaal

The first consideration is that Synder's connection to the CIA in 1959, as
a "asset" is immaterial. The nature of his Embassy employment puts him
directly involved with "Defectors". Each US Embassy had established in
1959 a committee known as a "local Defector Committee". This local
committee was composed of the following:

Security Officer.......note the Chief of Security was arrested outside
train station day Oswald arrived. Administrative Officer CAS Service
Attaches (this includes CIA/FBI/ONI/CID agents assigned cover tasks or
jobs) Counsellor of Embassy (this links the AG's office......see LHO's
    return and RFK)

Synder is directly involved and a great deal of his actions concerning
Oswald's defection and return are suspect. His assignment placed him
directly involved in this "local Defector Committee" who he "reported to
is immaterial since all "intelligence reps" were part of this "joint"
operation. The only information NOT shared would be individual counter
intelligence operations in effect conducted by committee members higher
parent organization.....unless there was a general "need to know" basis.

The primary goal of DCID 4/2 deals with esablishing proceedures for
defector's coming over to "our side". It would also handle incidents of
defectors going over to the "dark side". In Oswald's case it can be
established that his "return" would be addressed by this local Defector
Committee. Showing his role during his 1959 actions is much harder, but
    it can be seen.

To fully understand the actions of Synder that are suspect, one most
evaluate the proceedures outlined in DCID 4/2. Not one published work on
Oswald deals with DCID 4/2. No WC supporter can counter the
considerations of this established USG program and Oswald's defection.

Did Synder do anything criminal.......IMO no.....but his actions remain Synder didn't follow procedures of DCID 4/2 for any defector in Oswald's case
suspect since basic considerations were "not followed" directed and Synder thus acted like Oswald wasnt a real defector ,like Oswald was a false defector.
outlined by DCID 4/2. Cover up of actions also fall within protection Parkers objection/issue of the collection of intelligence as its (Defection) primary objective,
considerations of National Security programs in effect between 1959 and isnt relevant in this case.

Are you saying there may have been two boys who looked kinda alike and were about the same age and that they both had the legal name "Lee Harvey Oswald"? People might recall that the presence of Atta and Al Shehhi in Shuckums (Hollywood, FL) on September 7, 2001 posed a big challenges to the official story. Their heavy drinking in this bar has been witnessed by many and widely reported in the media. Yet the Commission Report states that Atta travelled to Baltimore the very same day.

The last flight from Fort Lauderdale (closest airport to Hollywood) to Baltimore took off at 7.30 p.m. If one assumes that all the reportings that have him drinking longer than 7 p.m. are wrong, that he managed 12 miles to the airport in a quarter of an hour and if he was still allowed to check in at 7.15 p.m. and that the reportings of Atta and Al Shehhi in Sarasota the same evening are wrong, too, than the drinking in Shuckums so far was no definite proof that Atta had a double.

This changed now with the publication of the evidences presented in the Moussaoui trial.

    http://www.vaed.uscourts.gov/notablecases/moussaoui/exhibits/prosecution.html

Open the one on Atta (OG00020.02 at the bottom of the page)

    Here you find now:

On Sep 7 a wire transfer from Al Shehhi's and Atta's account happened on Sep 7 at 15:58.

This pushes the beginning of the drinking to later than 4 p.m. or somehow the alleged hijackers interrupted their session which has not been reported. It gets worse.

Now open the file on Al Shhehi (open OG00020.01 at the bottom of the list). Here you find:

Al Shehhi made on Sep 7 at 16:56 in Deerfield Beach an ATM withdrawal fom Saeed Al Ghamdi's account and was taken on video.

Now, how is this possible. At the very same time he’s supposed to drink in Hollywood which is 20-25 miles away. All reports talk of Atta and Al Shehhi drinking there. If Al Shehhi arrived just after 4 p.m. in Hollywood then he would have had to leave the bar right away in order to drive back to Deerfield Beach (where by the way he was coming from) and could only have returned back to Shuckums around 5.45 p.m. having left Atta alone for 1 ½ hours. All this is in inexplainable contrast to the Atta and Al Shehhi drinking in Shuckums. And I would very much like to see the video footage of Al Shehhi!

    It gets even worse.

As officially stated in the already mentioned chronology on Atta he did take Flight 2719 from Fort Lauderdale to Baltimore on September 7, 2001. According to the BTS the plane was scheduled for 3:15 p.m. Therefore Atta is on a flight to Baltimore while he is still witnessed drinking at Shuckums for hours....!

Therefore we can conclude that Atta and most likely Al Shehhi had doubles.

    0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000

  6. 1945-1975: NSA’s Operation Shamrock Secretly Monitors US Citizens’ Overseas Communications

The NSA, working with British intelligence, begins secretly intercepting and reading millions of telegraph messages between US citizens and international senders and recipients. The clandestine program, called Operation Shamrock and part of a larger global surveillance network collectively known as Echelon (see April 4, 2001 and Before September 11, 2001), begins shortly after the end of World War II, and continues through 1975, when it is exposed by the “Church Committee,” the Senate investigation of illegal activities by US intelligence organizations (see April, 1976). [Telepolis, 7/25/2000] The program actually predates the NSA, originating with the Armed Forces Security Agency (AFSA) then continuing when that turned into NSA (see 1952). [Pensito Review, 5/13/2006] The program operates in tandem with Project Minaret (see 1967-1975). Together, the two programs spy on both foreign sources and US citizens, especially those considered “unreliable,” such as civil rights leaders and antiwar protesters, and opposition figures such as politicians, diplomats, businessmen, trades union leaders, non-government organizations like Amnesty International, and senior officials of the Catholic Church. The NSA receives the cooperation of such telecommunications firms as Western Union, RCA, and ITT. [Telepolis, 7/25/2000] (Those companies are never required to reveal the extent of their involvement with Shamrock; on the recommendations of Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and presidential chief of staff Dick Cheney, in 1975 President Ford extends executive privilege to those companies, precluding them from testifying before Congress.) [Pensito Review, 5/13/2006] In the 1960s, technological advances make it possible for computers to search for keywords in monitored messages instead of having human analysts read through all communications. In fact, the first global wide-area network, or WAN, is not the Internet, but the international network connecting signals intelligence stations and processing centers for US and British intelligence organizations, including the NSA, and making use of sophisticated satellite systems such as Milstar and Skynet. (The NSA also builds and maintains one of the world’s first e-mail networks, completely separate from public e-mail networks, and highly secret.) At the program’s height, it operates out of a front company in Lower Manhattan code-named LPMEDLEY, and intercepts 150,000 messages a month. In August 1975, NSA director Lieutenant General Lew Allen testifies to the House of Representatives’ investigation of US intelligence activities, the Pike Committee (see January 29, 1976), that “NSA systematically intercepts international communications, both voice and cable.” He also admits that “messages to and from American citizens have been picked up in the course of gathering foreign intelligence,” and acknowledges that the NSA uses “watch lists” of US citizens “to watch for foreign activity of reportable intelligence interest.” [Telepolis, 7/25/2000] The Church Committee’s final report will will call Shamrock “probably the largest government interception program affecting Americans ever undertaken.” [Church Committee, 4/23/1976] Shortly after the committee issues its report, the NSA terminates the program. Since 1978, the NSA and other US intelligence agencies have been restrained in their wiretapping and surveillance of US citizens by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (see 1978). Admiral Bobby Ray Inman, who will become the NSA’s director in 1977, and who testifies before the Church Committee as director of Naval Intelligence, will later say that he worked actively to help pass FISA: “I became convinced that for almost anything the country needed to do, you could get legislation to put it on a solid foundation. There was the comfort of going out and saying in speeches, ‘We don’t target US citizens, and what we do is authorized by a court.’” [Pensito Review, 5/13/2006] Shamrock is considered unconstitutional by many US lawmakers, and in 1976 the Justice Department investigates potential criminal offenses by the NSA surrounding Shamrock. Part of the report will be released in 1980; that report will confirm that the Shamrock data was used to further the illegal surveillance activities of US citizens as part of Minaret. [Telepolis, 7/25/2000]
childbullet.gif After 9/11, the NSA will once again escalate its warrantless surveillance of US citizens, this time monitoring and tracking citizens’ phone calls and e-mails (see After September 11, 2001). It will also begin compiling an enormous database of citizens’ phone activities, creating a “data mine” of information on US citizens, ostensibly for anti-terrorism purposes (see October 2001).

U.S. Love Affair with Murderous Dictators and Hate for Democracy
    =

    Introduction

Millions of people around the world are overwhelmed and encouraged by the popular uprisings against U.S.-imposed dictatorship regimes in the Arab world. Yet what is lacking is any serious examination of the complicity of the U.S. government and its allies in supporting murderous regimes. Far from promoting stability and democracy, the U.S. is the source of instability and an enemy of democracy.

To serve its imperialist interests, the U.S. government backed and financed murderous dictators around the world. From the fascist Augusto Pinochet in Chile to the criminal regime of François Duvalier and his son Jean-Claude (“Baby Doc”) in Haiti to the corrupt Rafael Trujillo in the Dominican Republic to the murderous Ferdinand Marcos in the Philippines to the criminal Mobutu Sese Seko of the Democratic Republic of Congo (formerly Zaire) to Indonesia’s mass murderer Suharto to the vicious Shah Reza Behlavi in Iran.

Today, the U.S. love affair with murderous dictators and oppressive regimes – including Colombia, the murderous regime in Iraq, King Abdullah of Jordan, the criminal regime of Zine Bin Ali in Tunisia, the oppressive and illegitimate despotic regimes in the oil-rich Gulf Sheikhdoms (Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Oman, and Saudi Arabia), the torturous regime of Hosni Mubarak of Egypt and the fascist regime in Israel – continues to be an open secret. 8. US Now Has Over 1,400 Foreign Military Bases Spread Over 120 Countries
    =

    By Robert Barsocchini, DirtyTruths

In an interview about his new book detailing cables published by Wikileaks, Julian Assange makes the following key points:

    • Cables show current US policy on Syria is essentially an extension of the policy of the W. Bush regime, which made plans in 2006, five years before the Syrian revolt, to overthrow the government. The US planned to instigate a revolt, through methods including spreading propaganda to foster sectarianism, as the US did in Iraq. US planned to instill “paranoia” in the Syrian government to “push it to overreact” at any sign of a coup attempt. Hence, the violence that occurred in 2011 was, from the US perspective, an optimal result and big step towards regime change, still being sought, with the result being hundreds of thousands dead and millions of refugees. (Syria is one of the seven countries the Bush regime planned to “take out“, according to a high-ranking inside source. Readers should further note that the US and UK have been trying to conquer and install a puppet regime in Syria since at least 1948.)
    • The interviewer points out that the book details “genocidal US policy right around the world, from Latin America to Asia” and asks how “all the torture and killing” complements US commercial interests (the propaganda term being “the free market”). Assange says the cables document the US government acting as sales rep and to “secure advantageous deals and structures” for the “largest US companies”, such as Boeing and Monsanto. The “modern empire” used for these tasks consists of “more than 1,400 US military bases in over 120 countries”. The interests being represented are not those of the average US citizen, but companies that can get close enough to the government (accomplished via bribery) to be influential. (Readers will remember this dynamic is documented by meticulous professional study.)
    • Ongoing US policy is to use “unconventional warfare”, meaning the use of “surrogate forces”, proxies, to overthrow governments. The US employs all of its arms and agencies in these pursuits, from military to intelligence to commercial to financial, including agencies such as the IMF and USAID, pushing them in tandem against the target country.
    • US tries to subvert the International Criminal Court by preventing extradition of US nationals for war crimes and other violations, and keeps the court focused on prosecuting Africans (no surprise given US domestic behaviors and histories).
    • Though some integration is occurring to attempt to counter-balance US power, for example along the Silk Road, the US should not be underestimated, as no other country has anything remotely like “1,400 military bases”. (Russia has about 12 and China 0; the US is currently trying to eliminate Russian bases in Syria, and recently tried to eliminate the Russian base in Crimea). While after WW2 the US controlled 50% of the world’s wealth, that is now down to about 40%; US military spending is down from about 50% of global total to about 40%; however, the US “intelligence” budget is up to 60% of the world’s total; (the US is known to spy on essentially the world’s entire population).
    • Obama has prosecuted more whistle-blowers than all previous presidents combined. Chelsea Manning’s 35-year sentence is longer than that of any other person related to the US invasion of Iraq. Edward Snowden is “not safe” in the US or any US ally.
  9. http://www.orrazz.com/2015/09/43-of-republicans-could-imagine.html

43% of Republicans could imagine supporting a military coup in the United States

A law professor at West Point was forced to hastily resign after it emerged that he had authored a number of controversial articles. In one he suggested that legal scholars defending the rights of suspected terrorists could be considered legitimate military targets, while in another he examined a potential military coup in the United States, arguing that officers may have a duty to sieze control of the federal government if the federal government acted against the interest of the country. The United States military has long embraced the idea of civilian control of national affairs, and apart from certain rare moments the American officer corps has faithfully followed the orders of their civilian superiors.

YouGov's latest research shows, however, that officers in the military are held in much greater esteem than their civilian superiors, and that they are widely viewed as having the best interests of the country in mind instead of their own selfish concerns. 70% of Americans believe that military officers generally want what is best for the country. When it comes to Congressmen, however, 71% of Americans believe that they want what is best for themselves, along with 59% for local politicians.

    military3.png

29% of Americans could imagine a situation in which they would support the military seizing control of the federal government, while 41% could not imagine such a situation.

Republicans (43%) are more than twice as likely as Democrats (20%) to say that they could conceive of a situation in which they would support a military coup in the United States. Independents tend to say that they could not (38%) rather than could (29%) imagine supporting a coup.

    military1.png

The proportion of the country that would support a military takeover increases when people are asked whether they would hypothetically support the military stepping in to take control from a civilian government which is beginning to violate the constitution. 43% of Americans would support the military stepping in while 29% would be opposed.

  10. I'd still like to know why countries like Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, etc, aren't taking any Syrian refugees? Sure they are donating large sums of relif money but how about taking some of these poor people?

    Refugee Crisis Straight Talk

    enfant_syrie.jpg

Official accounts from Washington and European capitals along with duplicitous major media reports suppress what’s most important to know.

Volumes are written without a single explanation of why a refugee crisis exists in the first place, what should be done about it, and most important, how to prevent future ones.

Millions fleeing troubled lands aren’t migrants. They’re refugees and asylum seekers – desperately seeking safe havens anywhere out of harm’s way.

Washington bears full responsibility for the gravest refugee crisis since WW II – because of its devastating post-9/11 wars. Resolving the problem isn’t rocket science.

It’s as simple as declaring peace, stopping US wars, ending its support for ISIS and other takfiri terrorists, establishing effective transition policies, and caring for displaced people humanely until they’re able to return home, adjust to a new environment on their own or go elsewhere.

RT International interviewed Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro. He correctly blamed America for refugee crisis conditions.

“It is Europe that has to deal with the disaster caused by the US, because it is Europe that is now taking in thousands of migrants and they don’t know how to cope with this situation,” he said.

By deception, (America) invaded (Afghanistan), then (Iraq), the cradle of civilization – and razed it to the ground. Now it is literally split into thousands of parts and engulfed by terrorism in its cruelest form” because Washington wanted to steal its oil and exploit its people.

Who bombed Libya! Who took the lives of more than 100,000 Libyans! Who is now bombing Syria,” Maduro stressed!

Who financed the terrorists that are now seeking to destroy it. The US has caused a real disaster, chaos, and now it wants to cause chaos in other regions of the world.”

Britain’s Labour leadership frontrunner Jeremy Corbyn blasted David Cameron – calling his response to the Syrian refugee crisis (the worst one globally) “wholly inadequate.

Images of a dead child washing up on Turkey’s shoreline reflect the horrors of Washington’s imperial wars – endless ones taking millions of lives, displacing millions of survivors fleeing for safety, enduring extraordinary hardships few can comprehend, and treated with deplorable callousness most everywhere they arrive.

Tory leadership failed, said Corbyn. Britain granted asylum to less than 300 Syrian refugees since January 2014.

Cameron dismissively says “I don’t think there is an answer that can be achieved simply by taking more and more refugees” – while his complicity with Obama’s wars creates more of them.

Corbyn calls it Britain’s “duty under UN law, but also as human beings, to offer a place of safety, and play a role internationally to share our responsibilities, and to try to end (ongoing) conflict(s)” – ones Britain complicit with Washington wage.

On September 4, Human Rights Watch (HRW) listed “five steps to tackle (the) refugee crisis:

    1. Establish safer legal ways to aid desperate people – helping them avoid the horrors of hazardous journeys, “dangerous routes and unscrupulous smugglers.”

    2. Fix “the EU’s broken asylum system.” Different polices among member states created a dysfunctional process.

    3. Institute “robust search and rescue operations” sustained as long as needed.

    4. Establish a “permanent relocation (policy) to share asylum seekers.”

    5. “Develop a list of ‘unsafe’ countries whose nationals…need international protection.”

HRW omitted what’s most important. Declare a universal commitment to peace and stability. End US imperial wars. End European involvement in them. Hold Israel accountable for slow-motion genocide against Palestinians.

When swords are turned into plowshares, refugee crises won’t exist. Instead, Washington’s solution to everything is war, endless conflicts for wealth and power, turning planet earth into a dystopian wasteland or maybe destroying it altogether.

Late last year, the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence dropped a redacted 525-page version of its 6,000-page report on the CIA’s torture program. The press, including War Is Boring, spent the next month dissecting and digesting the work.

Many Americans knew the CIA had done horrible things to people in the name of national security after 9/11. But few of us realized how awful many of those techniques were. Rectal feeding and hydration entered the lexicon.

“We tortured some folks,” Pres. Barack Obama declared in August 2014.

Tomorrow, the U.S. Naval Institute — a non-profit organization that encourages debate on national security — will publish the CIA’s rebuttal to the Senate’s torture report. The 353-page tome is mostly old news.

The bulk of Rebuttal: The CIA Responds to the Senate Intelligence Committee’s Study of Its Detainment and Interrogation Program is previously published work, including the CIA’s official response and the Senate minority response.

Its first 40 pages, however, are an intransigent masterpiece.

Eight editorial essays from agency luminaries such as George Tenet, Porter Goss and Jose Rodriguez, Jr. kick off the book. The pieces read like the grumpy tantrums of adult children begging the reader to remember the context of the torture program and realize the SSCI’s report was a politicized attack by Democrats.

The writers also quibble and squirm over the definition torture and … and, incredibly, beg readers to consider the feelings of the agents who performed the torture.

“I cannot tell you how disgusted my former colleagues and I felt to be labeled ‘torturers’ by the President of the United States,” writes Rodriguez, a 31-year CIA veteran. Rodriguez worries over the possibility that his colleagues might be criminally prosecuted for their actions at black sites.

“Having been the subject of a criminal investigation myself,” Rodriguez explains — investigators questioned him during the Iran-Contra affair. “I can tell you of the terrible effects such investigations have on the morale and well-being of individuals being investigated and their families.”

Remember, this man is writing about the psychological damage that possible pending criminal investigations could have on people who tortured other people. The rest of Rebuttal’s opening essays are also brazen in their myopia.

“We were fully transparent and deceived no one,” former CIA director George Tenet writes in the introduction. This, despite repeated assertions from multiple sources that Tenet and others repeatedly lied about the value of the CIA’s torture program and the intelligence it produced.

The rest of the essays are similarly divorced from reality. Several point out that Democrats compiled the report. Ergo, the document must be a politicized attack. Whining about politicization does not stop the essayists themselves from resorting to similar tactics.

“Successfully fighting an unconventional, asymmetric war being waged on us by brutal radicals will require capturing, holding, and questioning the enemy,” former CIA director Porter Goss writes. “If Chairman Feinstein has a better plan, she has not revealed it.”

I would hazard that Feinstein — who helmed the committee and led the charge for the report’s release — and the other members, as well as the bulk of the American public, understand that fighting an asymmetric war against a radical enemy requires capture, holding and questioning.

Capture and questioning does not necessitate torture. Questioning should not involve forced enemas and games of Russian roulette as described in the Senate report. Nor should it require the capture and detainment of the innocent for 480 days, as was the case with Mohammed Al Asad.

Al Asad ran a store in Tanzania. Local police arrested him and sold him to the CIA. The agency tortured Al Asad and held him in black sites for more than a year. Agents asked him questions but never charged him with a crime.

Prisoners at Guantanamo Bay. U.S. Navy photo

The bulk of former CIA deputy director Michael Morell’s essay concern complaints that the media failed every time it wrote or talked about the report.

“‘Senate report?’ … Just not true … it was a report of the Democrats on the Committee, led by the then Chair, Dianne Feinstein,” Morell complained. “The media had a responsibility to make clear that this was a report by only one side of the aisle. By failing to characterize the report as such, the media gave the report more credibility in the eyes of the public than it deserved.”

It’s also not as if Republicans march in lockstep when it comes to defending torture. Sen. Olympia Snowe of Maine voted to release the documents to the public. And Sen. John McCain of Arizona delivered an impassioned speech on the Senate floor at the report’s release.

“The use of torture compromises that which most distinguishes us from our enemies, our belief that all people, even captured enemies, possess basic human rights,” McCain said.

Rebuttal hasn’t phased Feinstein. It “contains nothing new — it recycles the same comments from former CIA officials when the executive summary of the SSCI Study of the CIA’s Detention and Interrogation came out last December,” she told Newsweek.

“These interrogation techniques were brutal and did not produce information that was not already obtained in more traditional and acceptable ways by intelligence and law enforcement.”

“The Senator [Feinstein] said publicly that the CIA had slammed prisoners’ heads into walls,” former NSA director Michael Hayden writes. “I quickly got on her calendar to explain the interrogation technique called ‘walling,’ pushing a detainee’s shoulders into a false plywood wall, all the while protecting their necks with braces or at a minimum towels wrapped around them.”

Hayden’s description of walling, despite his assurances of neck braces and fancy towels, reads a lot like slamming someone’s head into a wall.

“I am sure that I also added that walling was no longer an interrogation technique used by the Agency,” he continues. “The Senator took the briefing but a few days later was again publicly claiming that the Agency had been slamming prisoners’ heads into walls.”

Feinstein claimed the CIA was slamming people’s heads into walls because that’s what they were doing. Dressing up a torture technique in Newspeak — a favorite strategy of America’s intelligence community — doesn’t not make it torture.

    The quibbles continue.

“I am convinced that when years later President Obama and his Attorney General said that waterboarding is torture they were referring to the waterboarding method used by the Spanish Inquisition, or by the Japanese during World War II, or the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia,” Rodriguez writes.

“Not the waterboarding technique used in SERE,” he continues. “Otherwise hundreds, if not thousands, of U.S. military trainers would be guilty of torture.”

SERE is Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape — a program the U.S. military uses to train its soldiers how to survive when trapped in enemy territory. The program’s trainers literally torture recruits to prepare them for the possibility of enemy capture. The CIA enlisted SERE trained psychologists to help adapt the program for its enhanced interrogation techniques.

But it’s hard to believe that Rodriguez doesn’t understand that Obama was talking about the waterboarding techniques used by the CIA. To do otherwise is to miss the context of Obama’s speech. Strange when one of Rebuttal’s chief complaints is the report’s lack of context.

“The country’s top officials had a genuine, palpable fear of second-wave attacks on the United States, including the possible use of weapons of mass destruction,” Tenet explains in his introduction. “It was in many ways a living hell — a race against time in which we often wondered whether today was the day the country would be attacked again.”

He’s right. The year or so immediately after 9/11 was a time of confusion, paranoia and reactionary politics. America and its leader made decisions — some good, some bad and some awful.

But after such times of national distress there is always a reckoning. The polis must assess actions taken in its name. Leaders must answer for tough decisions.

After the attack on Pearl Harbor, Washington forcibly interned more than 100,000 Japanese Americans. Today, few look back on the Japanese interment with anything but shame. “We seized their property, we seized their land and we threw them in concentration camps,” Jacob Beser — the man who dropped both Atomic bombs — said of the internment.

“When you are right you are right, when you are wrong, in this country you are damn well wrong. This was a blot in our history.”

But the men running the CIA’s current damage control campaign appear less concerned with America’s loss of moral authority and its use of torture. They appear far more concerned with themselves.

“You get the feeling that your own government has abandoned you,” Rodriguez writes. “You worry that some overly zealous prosecutor will indict you and that justice will fail you. You worry about the financial burden, the legal costs of defending yourself. You worry about the psychological effects on your spouse and children and on your other family members and close friends.”

“To make people go through this agony … was unconscionable.”

Again, Rodriguez is worrying over the mental health of torturers. It is the tell-tale sign of a bully that they revert to the victim when challenged.

  14. 29 Holistic Doctors/ND’s Poisoned, Life Threatening Conditions, Criminal investigation Underway

    2C-E-drug.jpg

(Erin Elizabeth) 29 “holistic doctors/ naturopaths ” found lying in the garden” and some staggering doubled over in pain, some in a “life threatening” state of poisoning from “psychedelic drug 2C-E or Aquarust “. They were all in attendance at an “alt med” Homeopathic Health Conference. Doctors and practitioners (those who could speak) allegedly said they didn’t knowingly take anything they took that would cause this. Some were hallucinating and some still too sick to be questioned and hospitalized.

15 ambulances along with a helicopter were sent in to help the holistic doctors and naturopaths at the homeopathic conference. Some found with “life threatening conditions” mainstream news reports.

Depending on the news sources these practitioners are called alt med/ holistic doctors or naturopaths, but one thing is clear: the articles state that experts at the scene said it didn’t appear they knowingly ingested what made them ill. Some were extremely ill when the 15 ambulances and helicopter flew in to the rescue.

from the Independent UK (who initially put their headline – we have screen shots- that “homeopaths get high on drugs” to something much more subtle that reads that chaos ensues at the conference (that sounds a bit more accurate)

Torsten Passie, a member of the German government’s expert commission for narcotics, told NDR: “It must have been a multiple overdose.
That does not support the view that the people concerned took the hallucinogen knowingly.

“One has to assume that people were not told about the substance, its effects and risks before taking it.”

Police are reportedly looking into possibilities including the drug being taken as a joint experiment, or it being furtively
given to conference participants as a prank.

No arrests have yet been made as the investigation continues into a possible violation of Germany’s Narcotics Act.

I’m studying up on the drug in question, and here is a brief description. “2C-E is a psychedelic phenethylamine of the 2C family. It was first synthesized by Alexander Shulgin. It is commonly active in the 10–20 mg range, taken orally or nasally and highly dose-sensitive”

    From the another
    :

“The questioning begins as soon as the persons are coherent and their statements are useable,” said a police official quoted by the news agency DPA.

The psychedelic drug 2C-E or Aquarust was banned in Germany last year. It has an euphoric effect and, like Ecstasy and Speed, belongs to the group of synthetically-produced amphetamines.

    Delusions, cramps, Life Threatening Conditions

Some 160 rescue personnel in 15 ambulances and a helicopter converged on Handeloh on Friday afternoon and rushed the 29 to various clinics in the Hamburg area.

The patients, aged between 24 and 56, were found suffering from delusions, breathing problems, racing hearts and cramps, some in life-threatening conditions, according to the public broadcaster NDR.

    Naturopaths, doctors?

The news magazine “Der Spiegel” described those affected as alternative and homeopathic practitioners. NDR said doctors were also among the seminar group and suggested that participants might have taken part in a drug experiment. (
    Health Nut News note:
There are mixed reports as the fire service spokesperson says the practitioners didn’t knowingly take the drugs, yet there seems to be an investigation (some reports say) where they’re suspecting they did (educated doctors taking drugs that put some in a life threatening state)

Fire service spokesman Mathias Köhlbrandt told NDR that he had never experienced such as situation.

“Men and women lay with cramps in the garden and in front of the building,” he said, adding they did not seem to have knowingly taken a drug.

    Some were
    suffering delusions and even psychoses,
NDR reported. Some patients were administered sedatives en route to hospital, said the emergency response physician who headed the rescue operation, Dr. Kai Rathjen.

    From the second more tame

Authorities say emergency workers called to a conference center in northern Germany found some 30 practitioners staggering and suffering from cramps, apparently as a result of amphetamine poisoning.

Fire service spokesman Matthias Koehlbrandt told broadcaster NDR the group was aged between 25 and 55. NDR reported they were alternative and homeopathic practitioners, and that they were taken to the hospital.

Authorities said their preliminary finding was that the group was poisoned with amphetamines, but Koehlbrandt said they didn’t knowingly take the substance.

In the wake of my unintentional series on holistic doctors dying, I had several people send this to me the last few days. I admit I scanned it, but only today saw the severity of the story. Again, the ones who could talk allegedy say the didn’t knowingly ingest anything that would cause them to become deathly ill. (poisoned)
    A criminal investigation is underway
according to at least one news source.

We hope all the practitioners will have a full recovery and will update you on the situation as
    soon
as we have more information. This is Erin Elizabeth in Florida on Sept 7th , 2015

For more information about President Bird and the Japanese American internment and relocation, consult the researchers guide.)
At the time of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, Remsen Bird was the president of Occidental College, a position he had held since 1921. Convincedthat he and his colleagues shared a compelling obligation to help displacedJapanese American college students, Bird and a few other educators wereinstrumental in laying thegroundwork for what would become the NationalJapanese American Student Relocation Council. This is all but one of the manyprojects Bird took on during his long career in academia, and it conforms tohis belief in the importance of an "open mind" throughout his life........Bird's long tenure at Occidental wasnot without its critics. Admittedly and proudly an idealist, Bird often approached situations with emotions and not much analysis --- his contemporaries have described him as a "great dreamer" who"engaged in flights of fancy." He had been known to envision a large project, convince colleagues and community members to join the endeavor, andthen dash off to another project leaving the details to others. At times potential donors found his fundraising tactics distasteful. Bird's feelings were hurt by some of the criticism, particularly the publication in 1939 of After Many a Summer Dies the Swan by Aldous Huxley, whom Bird had regarded as a friend. In his satirical novel, Huxley portrays the character based on Bird as a college president wholly preoccupied with the pursuit of the rich and well-connected, speaking in an "oily manner, like vaseline with a flavour of port wine". Accordingto Hutchison, Bird "went right to town and told Huxley just what he thought of him!" "

  19. You mention the British using Lansky to achieve their globalist dreams. How did they get Lansky on their side?

We have to go back, way back, to 1928, to explain this British-Lansky connection. In China, there were three large triads, or gangs, exporting narcotics. Originally, the Kuo Ming Tang and Chiang Kai Shek supported these people. At the same time they were also fighting a prolonged war with the Communists. So for publicity reasons, and to get them back on the good side with the Americans who could help them in the war against the Communists, the KMT publicly went against the triads. At the same time, they made a secret deal with one of these gangs. There was some financial gain to having this narcotics export into the Far East and America, but where they were located were mostly Chinese areas and they wanted to expand and make more money. The book by Douglas Valentine indicates that a State Department man was involved in the Chinese narcotics trade. Apparently, he and other State Department people thought that helping the KMT with the drug trade was a good thing in stopping the spread of communism. Of course, they soon realized it would not be good if American diplomats and officials were caught with loads of narcotics. So they asked themselves, “Can’t we get someone else to do the job?” That is why they reached out to Lansky to be a major drug distributor. This was in the 1930s. So he was in contact with elites possibly before World War II. There is a story that he was called in to help the ONI and the OSS to protect ports in New York and help with the invasion of Sicily. Well, that’s the cover story, because he was possibly in contact with these people before the war. Before World War II and the creation of the OSS and the CIA, ONI was our major intelligence organization, and very likely they knew about Lansky and what he was doing before the war. That just makes sense.

So Lansky was an operative for the ONI, but it is possible that he was more of an operative for the British. This would explain why he helped Castro, which on the surface appears to be against his own interests. But something else was occurring at the same time. He was in contact with the very elites and owners of the Bahamas. Now someone could say that he was just setting that up as a safety valve. But the deeper view is that he knew that Castro was going to win. That’s what his masters, the British, wanted. The British helped him set up his operations in the Bahamas. By the way, in 1961 the British changed their laws on casinos and gambling and by 1964 Lansky had a casino in London. Isn't that amazing?

We have now explained the motivations of Clay Shaw with Permindex, and Lansky working for the British to help Castro. Now let me add that in the early 1960s British Guyana was going to go communist, and the British were pulling out. Apparently Kennedy found out that the British weren’t helping set up an anti-communist regime, but they were letting a communist man take the lead in taking over that country. Now you can have more than one explanation of why the British did it, perhaps because they were pressuring Kennedy to help them with their submarine missile technology, but it does indicate that the British did not mind letting a small, Western Hemisphere country go communist. If you read “Deadly Deception” and understood what it meant, the British were just so afraid and angered of neutral America. They wanted America on its side and doing its will. Beyond the scope of this interview, if you look at what the British elite and banking system did with the creation of the Federal Reserve, and their power behind the Morgan group, you see that the British were trying to financially control America.

    ======

ANY ONE SEE parallel British Guyana and Cuba ????? . Britain got Polaris Submarine Technology and then started helping the USA put a anti communist government in British Guyana. Was this Coincidence or Conspiracy ??

The official view of the British Foreign Service was that arm sales to Castro prevented him from being too dependent on RUSSIA, Tito-ize Castro ,so to speak.

With the World War II history of Ukraine being fundamentally re-written by the Orwellian “Institute for National Memory” and institutionalized by a new law that criminalizes criticism of the OUN/B or its military arm the UPA, the political narrative of the Third Reich is becoming the prevailing political theme in the West.

Headed up by an OUN/B operative named Volodomyr Viatrovych, the Institute for National Memory drew heavily on the privately-funded Center for the Study of the Liberation Movement. Financed largely by the Ukrainian diaspora, the center has as its explicit purpose the rehabilitation of the OUN/B.

In addition to the fundamental perversion of Ukraine’s World War II history, the Orwellian process at work in Ukraine is revising the history of some of Stephan Bandera’s predecessors and ideological mentors.

Both Viktor Yuschenko and the current president–Petro Poroshenko–have aided in the historical face-lift being given to Symon Petlyura (the man’s name has various translations from the Cyrillic alphabet.) A blood-drenched pogromist in the worst traditions of Eastern European anti-Semitism, Petlyura’s defenders have used his abortive alliance with Vladimir Jabotinsky to deflect charges of anti-Semitism against Petlyura. (Jabotinsky was head of the Betar, the most important of the fascist elements within the Zionist movement.)

The program concludes with discussion of the apparent cover-up by U.S. and other Western governments of the shoot-down of MH-17.

    Program Highlights Include:

    • The Nazi Azov Battalion’s youth wing, looking very much like a “Ukrainian Hitler Youth.”
    • Review of the evolution of the OUN/B milieu from World War II, through the Reagan administration and the Yushcenko and Poroshenko regimes.
    • The role of the Ukrainian diaspora in the historical development of the OUN/B forces now holding sway in Ukraine.
    • Review of Poroshenko’s resuscitation of the old Yuschenko team, including Roman Svarych, Jaroslav Stetsko’s personal secretary.
