At which shot are you referring to??? If you are talking about the head shot, then the answer is "no". By the time the his camera's shutter closed at Z312 - the bullet has not hit JFK's head. By the time the shutter opened again at Z313 - the bone plate is already in flight and some bone fragments are about 6 feet above the car and rocketing away.

The Nix camera came closer to capturing the impact to JFK's head. The blood spatter is closer to the head when the Nix camera's shutter opened after the head was hit.
