In one of your important post recently you mention The PINKERTON DOCTRINE,

What actual weight does it carry in present law?

Hi Harry,

The Pinkerton doctrine holds that if a person is killed in the course of a bank robbery, the getaway driver is just as guilty of the murder as the guy who pulled the trigger.

A working assistant federal prosecutor said that he thinks it could be applied to the JFK assassinaiton, if a federal grand jury was ever conveined in the case.

It is an actual facit of present law.

I recently got an email from a former New Orleans police officer who requested a copy of the article Basis for Legal Action in JFK Assassination, so I took it from my first post and made it the most recent, with a few updates.
