Hi Harry, The Pinkerton doctrine holds that if a person is killed in the course of a bank robbery, the getaway driver is just as guilty of the murder as the guy who pulled the trigger. A working assistant federal prosecutor said that he thinks it could be applied to the JFK assassinaiton, if a federal grand jury was ever conveined in the case. It is an actual facit of present law.
