Jack Ruby

Recommended Posts

From " Crossfire the Plot that Killed Kennedy "

Prelude to chapter "Jack Ruby at Parkland."

"This possibility that the bullet ( CE 399) was planted is especially strong since the evidence indicated that the stretcher containing the bullet belonged to neither Kennedy nor Connally.

Adding to this suspicion is the presence of Jack Ruby at Parkland Hospital while Kennedy's body was still there.

Veteran newsman Seth Kantor told the Warren Commission that he encountered Jack Ruby at Parkland Hospital about the same time Kennedy's death was publicly announced at 1:30 PM . Kantor said he and Ruby even shared a brief conversation. He said he spoke at 1:30 and recalled the that Ruby was asked if he should close his club out of respect for the slain president."

When asked about his presence at Parkland, Ruby denied ever being there, and the Commission chose to believe him and concluded that Kantor must have been mistaken.

Worse yet, a Wilma Tice and Roy Stamps supported Cantor's position and Tice was threatend by phone called "if she didn't keep her mouth shut."

Since the 1979 House Select Committee on Assassinations reversed the Warren Commission's decision that Kantor was mistaken about his Parkland encounter with Ruby, the entire Warren Commission goes into the camp as having testimony proven to be a lie.

Therefore, nothing contained in the Warren Commission's report can be considered as truthful.

Ruby had known Dallas "Mafia" chief Joseph Civello who was one of those arrested at the Apalachin New York mob meeting.

The WARREN COMMISSION deleted an entire page cover Civello from Commission Exihibit 1536 and by blanking out several pages with the document.

So, Why was it so important to deny that Ruby was at Parkland?

Everyone says it was because he planted the bullet (399).

But that's only speculation.

Why couldn't Ruby admit he was there?

Why couldn't the WC admit he was there?

Why did they have to lie?

Bill, my guess is that it goes to build a case for premeditation re snuffing Oswald. That's from Ruby's side. On the other side, we can't have any pre-planning now can we? People might wonder if anyone else helped in that planning.

The way to stop any speculation about confederates is to apply the Lone Nut tag. Lone nuts by definition, act in the moment.

Like so many other people associated with the assassination Johnny Roselli's mutilated body was found in an oil drum in Florida's Biscayne Bay in 1976 JUST AS Roselli was scheduled to testify before the HOUSE SELECT COMITTEE ON ASSASSINATIONS.

Meetings between Johnny Roselli and JACK RUBY were monitored by the FBI, which was keeping ROSELLI under surveillence. However, no mention of these meetings were made to the WARREN COMMISSION; another omission which discredits the already discredited WARREN REPORT.
