I looked in the index for my name, as I sometimes do with new JFK books. I was surprised to see a lengthy listing for Jack C. White. I am Jack D. White...but I looked anyway. Yep...he mentions me regarding Z film alteration. On the same page he mentions John Costello, an Aussie school teacher. I presume he meant John Costella. Two pages, two errors, end of review. Jack Jack, You've wasted entirely too much time reading that book. What I'd like to know is how much did Bugliosi get paid for the TV rights?
