My name is Bjørn Kåre Gjerde, and I am from Norway. I was born in 1955, and graduated from the Norwegian School of Veterinary Science in 1979. Since 1980, I’ve held various positions in veterinary parasitology at that institution, being a professor since 1993. I’m the author/co-author of about 100 scientific papers in veterinary parasitology, mainly on protozoans. Since November 2003 I’ve studied the assassination of President Kennedy in great depth, particularly the medical and photographic evidence, since these aspects of the case are most closely related to my professional expertise. I firmly believe that the assassination of President Kennedy was a coup d’etat. I’m also an avid marathon runner, having so far finished 336 marathons, including 221 sub-3-hour marathons.
