Steve Thomas Posted April 4, 2012 Share Posted April 4, 2012 Got this from a former Dallas policeman: Charles Osburn died March 30, 2012 Steve, in every presentation showing the School Book Depository Building right after the assassination, it shows a Dallas Officer, with a rain shield on his cap, holding a shotgun and looking up towards the building.
