As a veteran of Woodstock and a survivor, I can say that I don't remember Jefferson Airplane at all, proof that I was there.

The remains of Richie Havens, who passed away a few months ago, were scattered by airplane over the grounds of where the 1969 Woodstock festival was held, while John Sebastian, John Hammond, Jr. and others performed nearby.

I should write an obit for Richie, who I met a few times, both being Jersey Guys.
