Mark Wengler
How come when Newton's 2nd Law is brought up with LN'S they basically go nuts? When talking about what happens after Z frame 313?
Stephen Roy
Which motion? The forward motion or the backward motion?
Brian Schmidt
Stephen, I take it you don't agree with Josiah Thompson, who now believes the forward motion of Kennedy's head was due to Zapruder's camera and not from the force of the bullet. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pgHllYzzFWc
Stephen Roy
Looking at stabilized versions, I don't think it was blur and I don't think it was rotation. But I was mostly just being sarcastic: Let's apply Newton to the motion in the zfilm. OK, which motion...?
Brian Schmidt
Got it. I agree. In the original film Thompson is referencing, it's likely blur and forward momentum from the bullet. I'm sure a modern, objective approach could be applied in a scientific way, i.e. counting the pixels between the frames with and without the blur. Mark Wengler
Joe Bundy That is what i am saying For JFK to be driven back and to the left. He must have been shot from the front. But LN'S refuse to believe that.
