Killing non combatant Cubans to take back Cuba. It sounds kind of like Operation Northwoods. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Northwoods I need help (obviously?). I'd swear I read somewhere Luis Posada Carriles had received special dispensation from bush 1 while he was veep or prez regarding Carriles extradition on the airline bombing charges.
