My third option doesn't include the DPD knowing at the time that the prints were complete enough to rule anyone out.

 

This whole thing is silly.  I'm not wasting anymore time on this subject.  I've made my point, which is entirely valid.  Let me know once you've obtained a fingerprint card on Larry Crafard and then we can go from there.
