Gerry Down Posted December 29, 2022 Share Posted December 29, 2022 Since 1967, the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) has provided the public the right to request access to records from any federal agency. I believe Harold Weisberg made extensive use of FOIA to get documents related to the JFK assassination. Does anyone have a chronology of important JFK documents that were released using FOIA? I think a big one was Harold Weisberg, in 1972 I think, getting the document on the FBIs NAA on the Kennedy bullet fragments which stated the results were inconclusive.
