JFK Historical Memphis conference - in Memphis, TN, April 13-15, 2023!

 

A Message from Professor David Denton of Olney Central College:

 

On April 13^th-15^th, the JFK Historical Group, in collaboration with Project JFK, will be hosting a conference at the Crowne Plaza Downtown Memphis in Memphis, TN. entitled Declassifying the Political Murders of the 1960’s. A Reexamination of American History. This conference will be focusing on the controversies associated with the assassinations of JFK, MLK, RFK and Medger Evers. Presentations will be focused on new revelations associated with each of these assassinations, as well as recently declassified documents associated with the JFK assassination coming from the National Archives. The conference will include a tour of the National Civil Rights Museum located at the site of MLK's assassination by the museum’s historian, Ryan Jones. The conference will begin on Thursday evening the 13^th with presentations which will continue through Saturday evening with a keynote presentation by Dr. John Newman, who will be discussing his upcoming book on the MLK murder. The conference will wrap up on Sunday morning with small group discussions with some of our speakers. As a special offering, anyone who attends this conference will receive a $25 discount to tour Graceland on Sunday. We are also offering a limited time discounted rate of $120 to register for this conference to those JFK Historical Group supporters who attended our recent event in Dallas last November. This $15 offer will last until Monday January 23^rd.  Our speaker List includes:  

 Dr. John Newman-Author, Military historian, and an expert in the field of intelligence, will be delivering presentations on both the JFK assassination and the MLK assassination.  

Ed Tatro-One of the nation’s leading authorities on the JFK assassination, will be giving multiple presentations containing new revelations on that subject.  

Ryan Jones, National Civil Rights Historian- Will be delivering a presentation on the life and death of MLK, as well as leading a tour for attendees of the National Civil Rights Museum.  

Larry Rivera-Author and JFK assassination expert will be presenting on information coming from the declassified documents as well as his latest findings.  

Casey Quinlan-Author and longtime JFK researcher  

Professor Mal Hyman-Will be delivering a presentation comparing the media’s treatment of the JFK assassination with that of the MLK assassination.  

Professor David Denton-Will be presenting some of his latest findings coming from the recently declassified documents.  

David Knight-Will be delivering presentations on both Jimmy Hoffa and the assassination of Medgar Evers.  

Lisa Pease-One of the country’s preeminent experts on the RFK assassination, will be delivering a presentation on that subject.  

Phil Nelson-Author and expert on both the JFK and MLK assassinations, will be participating on a panel discussing the MLK murder.
