This was a collection of evidence against one suspect, Lee Harvey Oswald.

Any evidence that did not add to Oswald's guilt was destroyed.

Any witnesses that did not add to Oswald's guilt were ignored.

These types of things do not happen in a normal criminal investigation.

 

The very first word on the very first page in the very first volume of the 26 volumes was a lie.

This was no investigation.
