James Richards Posted August 20, 2005 Share Posted August 20, 2005 (edited) Hi Marcel, The man photographed with Bosch, Eusebio Penalver, is an interesting character. He was one of the more militant of exiles. Penalver was a part of early assassination personel assembled by CIA and close to Rafael Quintero. The image below shows Penalver on the left circa 1960.
