John Hunt
Do I have this right: Fuhrman concluded that the shot that went through JFK's neck deflected upward to strike chrome windshield surround?? If so, Fuhrman explanation is embarrassingly wrong. His scenario requires the following: The bullet left the barrel at ~2165 feet per second (f/s), lost 100 f/s on the way to JFK, lost 135 f/s through the neck (Edgewood Arsenal), lost virtually no velocity in the 8 feet to windshield, impacted the chrome at somewhere close to 1930 f/s (!!) and only left a tiny dent that did not even chip the chrome plating?? What a dope. He should have called it quits after two books. John Hunt
