Bill Miller Posted August 19, 2006 Share Posted August 19, 2006 The FBI had figured the limo's speed as it was moving west on Elm Street to be at about 11" per Zapruder film frame. At the time of the fatal shot to the President - the limo had slowed to a crawl while the cycles maintained their speed for a brief moment, thus they immediately started overtaking the limo. The cycles advancement can be seen with a little more clarity by way of the Nix film. Their rate of advancement seems normal to me.
