Pat Speer
I was just reading an old newspaper article on the Kennedy medical evidence. (Defending the single-bullet theory, of course). It mentioned that two lawyers for the Warren Commission, Arlen Specter and Albert Jenner, had admitted seeing one or more of the autopsy photos. Specter talked about seeing a photo to U.S. News in 1966. Does anyone know when Jenner admitted seeing the photos, and in what context? I've been studying the medical evidence for some time, but don't recall ever seeing a reference to Jenner and the photos before. Maybe my brain is on overload. Wim Dankbaar
Maybe that's why Jenner wrote : "our depositions and examination of records and other data disclose there are details in Mr. Ely's memoranda which will require material alteration and, in some cases, omission."
