John Dolva
It's a good idea to duct-tape layers of news papers to your legs particularly. Note how they go for your outer thighs. THE CLASH - "KNOW YOUR RIGHTS"

John Dolva
Touching version here by Sinéad from the 1998album 'Across The Bridge Of Hope'A benefit album for the 28 people who died in the terrorist bombing in the town of Omagh in 1998. Features 14 fitting tracks from top Irish artists,The album is further augmented by two poems read by actor Liam Neeson. Seamus Heaney, Ireland's Nobel Laureate in Poetry, handpicked the first,"The Cure at Troy." The second poem, from which the album borrows its name, was penned by twelve-year-old Sean McLaughlin shortly before he was killed by in the bombing. It reads: "Orange and green it does not matter/United now, don't shatter our dream/Scatter the seeds of peace over our land/So we can travel, hand in hand/Across the bridge of hope."All proceeds from the album will benefit the Omagh Memorial Trust, which was created to assist the families of the bomb's victims as well as any future memorials and related charities.Sinead covers 'sacrifice' here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6dH9dmqbQGY1. William Kelly
When I first heard this song four months ago, the Libyan revolt was being crushed by the Army. Who would have thought that when the rebels at Benghazi and Misratha in the east got bogged down on two fronts and couldn't defeat the mechanized army with small arms, even with the help of NATO, that these Berber tribesmen would win the day. Their language was outlawed by Gadhafi, and their towns were occupied by Loyalist troops, so they took to guerrilla warfare and while the fighters in the east were locked in a stalemate, these mountain tribesmen would consolidate their forces and armed by the French - take town after town along the mountain range until they cleaned out the Gadhafi forces from the mountains. Then they - quickly moved across the desert and recaptured Zawiya, which had been freed and then reconquered twice. Without stopping to regroup for even a day they then advanced on Tripoli and Green Square, which they renamed Martyr's Square. They are the heroes of the Libyan Revolution. And this is a beautiful song sung in their native Amazigh language, sitting around a campfire, before they would liberate Tripoli - City of Mermaids. No NATO, no CIA, no Oil. They sing they will fight and die for love & tranquility. Amazigh campfire song Translation (Sung in Amazigh): Where do you want us to go? Give me your hand So we can go to Benghazi The City of Freedom So we can go to Zawiya The City of Marytyrs So we can go to Zintan The City of Knights And in the end Libya will be free, and we will live in love and tranquility Revolutionaries in the Nafoosa Mountains, located south west of Tripoli, singtogether around a campfire. This region has been under bombardment by tanksshells and rockets after they rose up against Gaddafi's dictatorship.
