Will Barack Obama be Assassinated?

I wonder whether such an event isn't being eagerly anticipated around here; it'd give the conspiracy-obsessed something all-new & all-different to "research in a deep political way." (And just think of the discussions about photos & films of the murder! -- pant, pant, pant) Will Hillary Clinton be assassinated? Will John McCain be assassinated? What about Jack White? John Simkin? Or Len Colby? (well, okay, that one's likely enough..........)

I'd like to hear from someone sober -- like Ray Carroll -- on this subject: Does Senator Obama look like someone who's not fully aware of the potential costs of what he's doing? Does he seem like a man with any illusions about whatever comes his way? In the last years of their lives both Martin Luther King, Jr. and Robert F. Kennedy had extremely fatalistic attitudes about their probable, eventual murder. That's an "unlucky" way to have to live, but the demeanor is about the most admirable thing I can imagine: they did what they had to do, despite the danger, because their safety and security (and "happy contentment") must've seemed less critical than what they were fighting for. I wonder what it was they were fighting for.

Maybe your self-righteous act would go over better on a forum that is not dedicated to discussing assassination.

Is he trying to "out" someone who lives a very public life, has spoken to half the reporters on the planet, has spent a great deal of time in state and national capitals working with scores of politicions, like House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. (Oh deary deary, I hope he doesn't uncover the very personal TOP SECRET fact that "Myra Bronstein" is also in a book being released on April 15 written by a NY Times reporter. IF Obama is actually a free agent, and not assimilated into the borg collective, he's in clear and present danger. It has nothing to do with his race. The MIC gangsters couldn't care less about color and gender; they only want to insure that a president understands business.

President Kennedy did not "understand business."

Obama owns the Democratic nomination.

In continuing to run, I think that HRC is making a play to be Senate Majority Leader. Harry Reid should hear footsteps over his shoulder.

Making sure that politicians understand business is the essence of the lobbying industry.

HRC and McCain should be Exhibits A for examples of lobbyist-owned politicians.

Understanding business is what drove GWB, almost all Democrats and McCain to support the Kennedy-McCain illegal immigrant amnesty bill last summer.

Understanding business is why many politicians regard the Constitution as a piece of paper.

Obama is a threat to business and the lobbying, industry because he appears to be largely independent of (and uncorrupted by) lobbyists and special interests.

Time will tell whether he is able to retain that rare quality.

HRC and McCain, and unfortunately most Congress members and Senators, do understand business, but not many parts of the Constitution.

I agree with you, Jack, about OJ. When he was acquitted, and especially after the civil trial, I thought someone was going to kill him. But time has passed and he's in trouble again. Personally, I think the charges against him are trumped up.

I agree, too, that OJ is innocent regarding the murders of Ron and Nicole. He happened onto the scene. There is a book you can get from Amazon called OJ Is Guilty, But Not of Murder by William C. Dear. Terry Mauro graciously sent it to me. I always believed the perpetrator had to be covered with blood, not just a spot in his bronco. I think OJ'ss older son from his first marriage killed both Ron and Nicole. No other suspect was ever entertained, except OJ. Yes, OJ is a xxxx, but he must have figured he'd get off. It's all in the book. There was just one gossipy thing in it. Fred Goldman and his son Ron hadn't spoken in years.

If a white, Asian, Latno etc person pointed out that borderline anti-black content could be found on a site run by an African-American would it make sense to say it was a racist attack?
