Your story is off miles from being proven that is the bigger problem. What proven and previously unknown information did Files tell the world when he "confessed" ? The mud, the butts,the dented casing,or that JFK was killed ? In other words, what proven facts of James Files "confession" were not previously known and could not have been gathered by him through books,films,newspapers or his criminal surrounding (mob,prison stays,other associates he had or has). So, if you say that I can't accept Files as being the shooter on the knoll, you are both right and wrong. Based on the presented evidence, I can not accept him, if proven beyond a reasonable doubt I would have no problem with him being the knoll shooter. Do I doubt you can prove Files story, yep,since you (that is jfkmurdersolved) claim it proven already for the last 13 or so years, can I be wrong nonetheless, sure, but the burden is on you Wim. Dave Why do YOU bring up FIles? Wim posts a great little video (thanx Wim) and says zero about James Files, but you jump all over him. Send him a PM or email. Wim, the "hatman" position does not correspondent with the Holland position as seen in the video, we agree on that. I was not aware that you have changed Files location to that to the left of the tree (Hollands) from Moormans picture until today. Files is and was aware of that moorman picture and the location he was placed in for years, but did not correct you (that is jfkmurdersolved past and present). I find that strange, to put it mild. He did the same in the Grady matter about his army serial number, don't tell me he didn't know about Gradys "findings". Allan Eaglesham does his thing, I do mine, no need to put us in one can. I correspondent with him from time to time about a lot of matters, from computers to personal things, Files and JFK, and find him a very honest and straight forward person, when we disagree on something it is done in a civil manner. And I have not the impression, that he is interrested in anything different than to find out the truth in regard of JFK matters. Some see that different, but have yet to show the proof for it. Moorman would have had to be standing on the other side of Elm Street in order to make your perspective work and put Files to the left of that tree. Now, why should anyone believe that you are correct now ? Use your head, you can't place Files in Dealey Plaza on the 22th of November 1963, shooting a Remington .222 fired from an XP-100 right into the head of JFK. If you can present .222 casings identical to those found by Rademacher, made before the alledged headstamp change Allan is wrong, simple as that. But it does not mean, Files shot JFK, let alone that any of those found casings was involved, that is unproven and a speculation from your side, you don't like that fact I know, but that is how it is. Wim, It would prove that the Rademacher casings were manufactured before 1971 and that Allan was wrong. It would not prove anything in regard of Files claim of having fired one of the two on 22th November 1963, just clarify, that those casings could have been fired between 1960 and 1971, but not rule out, that they could have been fired after 1971 also. In other words, someone if not you still has to prove that Files did shoot at JFK.

Mark Johansson Mark, I am not aware that the he put that out in book form, but I could be wrong. I would suggest that you contact Gary Mack and or Ian Griggs, also a search at the Mary Ferrell website could bring more information, should there be no answer to your question here. Craig's account and what happened to him afterwards certainly is interresting, some things, like his presence in the DPD are confirmed by at least one picture, even though that was denied by Fritz or Curry (can't remember who said it), but, from what I have read over the years, there are allegations that he changed (or evolved) his claims over the years. Sadly I am not an expert in anything relating to the JFK assassination, so, that is all I can say.

That same year Stephenson acting as an emissary of Churchill negotiated an agreement with FDR allowing British Intelligence to set up shop in the United States and effectively merge it’s operation with those of the FBI and military intelligence. Under SOE commission Bloomfield was given an officers rank in the US Army and assigned to the newly created OSS, the wartime predecessor of the CIA. As a major in the OSS, Bloomfield was detailed into the Federal Bureau of Investigation as the contracting (recruitment) agent for it counterespionage Division Five. Bloomfield developed a strong relationship with J. Edgar Hoover and through that relationship Bloomfield was able to retain his powerful position in Division Five long after the war had ended. As late as 1963 when Bloomfield was case offering the assassination plot against John F. Kennedy he was still a top official in Division Five. Walter Sheridan was also a top official in Division Five. Sheridan would later co ordinate political protection and intelligence services for Resorts International –Lansky casino empire. ##- read the series of articles appearing in Paese Sera on March 4, 12. 14 1967 for editorial references to Permindex’s role in the assassination attempts against de Gaulle in 1962.

Joan Mellen points out that Walter Sheridan was sent to New Orleans by RFK. On this she is correct. And Garrison did not catch the CIA when he arrested Clay Shaw. What Jim Garrison had caught in Clay Shaw was the shadowy organization of Permindex led by Division Five head "Major Louis Mortimer Bloomfield" of which Clay Shaw was a Director under Bloomfield. Permindex was also identified by French Intelligence as being the entity behind the 1962 assassination attempts on the life of French President Charles de Gaulle. Jim Garrison was hood winked into pursuing the CIA by the circles around Lord Bertrand Russell and his British Who Killed Kennedy Committee.Lord Russell's minions were sent to New Orleans in order to get on the inside of Garrison's investigation to wreck it. My Life's going to be too short in the end, to waste my time creating artifical enemies for non important reasons (if at all). So, unless Wim Dankbaar or anyone else can show me proof that those 3 persons did what they claim in connection with the JFK assassination and or Lee Harvey Oswald or in connection with a secret cancer weapon, I take my freedom of doubting both them and Wim's judgement. Wim, some simple questions: Was Lois Gibson aware the Chauncey Holt had cotton stuffed up his nose and paper inside his mouth (under the upper lip) and that this was done (the later intentionaly) in order to change his facial appearance ? I just watched her presentation, and as she says that every facial feature of the old tramp is a perfect match to face of the older Holt, and because it is never mentioned in her presentation that he did change his facial appearance by artifical means , I wonder if she was aware of that at that time.
