  1. I am not going to argue the point with already opinionated people. All I know is that Frank's nephew told me that he lied for Frank when the Rockefellar Commission asked him if Frank was home all day on Nov. 22. And Hunt confessed to his kid. You show me another theory that has been substantiated to that degree! Anyway we had the Fenster's phone disconnected and all his calls routed to his new number - the CIA Switchboard. Like this reminds one time Richard Helms asks me, "Why didn't you just call me and ask me about these things?" Oh Yeah, CIA may I help you I'd like to speak to the DCIA. Who may I ask is calling? AJ Weberman Oh AJ what's up? I will put you right through. Right?

  2. AJ Weberman wrote on my facebook page: "CIA was going after real enemies for a change. They should be given a free hand when it comes to Islamists." I replied "I imagine that was the same argument used by right-wingers when the target was left-wing leaders in the 1960s and 1970s".

There is no catagorical imperative. Everything has to be taken on a case by case basis. Yes I would like to see Islamists leaders taken out, and that is what is happening with the drones in Pakistan. Are you against that form of assassination too John? You see I don't want to see real human beings as opposed to Koranbutts die in an WMD attack. We cannot let these maggots get their hands on chemical weapons such as nerve gas or biological weapons. The future of humanity depends on it, of all humanity even the Koranbutts. These nitwits could start an epidemic that could wipe out human life on this planet. I say once a cell like this is discovered torture the xxxx out the mother after they get an overdose of LSD then once the information is extracted shoot them summarily. Death to the Islamists pigs who threaten the hippy way of life and replace it with Shar'ia law. All power the good shooters.

Hey I don't waste my time with the Kennedy assassination any longer at least as far as debating it with other researchers. I know what happened and unless you work within that framework don't waste my with Woody Harrelson stupidy etc. Hunt's deathbed confession, and St John's recollections of that day show that Hunt was in Dallas not at a Chinese grocery. Another book is coming out in which Frank's nephew says he was told to alibi Frank for that time when he was in Dallas.

  3. There have been several new developments in the JFK thing - Sturgis's nephew who provided his alibi has told me that his aunt told him to say Frank was watching TV all day and Hunt's son provided some interesing information about November 22. He believes his father was one of the tramps. But no matter what happens the truth will continue to be supressed as studying the Kennedy assassination has become a game

  4. The last chance of a real investigation ended when Congressman Gonzales resigned from the HSCA after acting somewhat erratically. I would never want to sound paranoid and accuse CIA of drugging him but we were at war with the Communists and a crippling blow to the Agency might have tipped the balance in favor of the Soviets, or it might not have.

  5. SHAKESPEARE WAS THE BOB DYLAN OF HIS GENERATION

The advertisements for the Martin Scorsese Dylan film, No Direction Home, claimed the movie would supply the missing puzzle pieces in Bob Dylan's life. It did no such thing, although it documented what we already knew about Dylan's pre-1966 history to a greater extent than had ever been done before. The translations of Dylan's thoughts, couched in mind boggling cryptic poetry, revealed for the first time in The Bob Dylan to English Dictionary, actually supply "missing puzzle pieces" as this information comes "straight from the horse's mouth".

Bob Dylan has revealed the innermost secrets of his closely guarded private life in his poetry and it is up to the reader to expend the effort to read this entire book and then decide upon its validity, as we are dealing with an extremely complex phenomenon that requires sophisticated protocols to translate. Weberman has detected the formation of a new language created by Dylan’s extensive use of lesser-used word meanings - a language Weberman terms Dylanese. "Gate" can mean the amount of money taken in at a concert, "house" can mean an audience, "bundle" can mean several bags of heroin, a nag can be a horse or a persistent worry or concern, like the need to get more heroin as in “when that nag came around the track sure enough we had one.” (Up On Cripple Creek) You may say to yourself, “Big deal, anyone can figure this out with a good dictionary.” But almost 2,000 of these words used the same way 80% to 90% of the time to form coherent ideas? And then Dylan creates rhymes within this language? He adds other layers of meanings to the words. He does more than Weberman will ever understand. What’s with this guy? He is a true freak of nature. Everyone says Dylan is the Shakespeare of his generation - Shakespeare was the Dylan of his generation.

Once these protocols are understood, when listening to Dylan's poetry the reader's consciousness will be raised, to the point where the listener will be able to hear two levels of meaning at once from Dylan or from other rock poets writing in a similar or identical genre. Weberman hopes this mental exercise will strengthen the perceptive ability of the listener or reader and will spill over into other areas of life and raise conscious in general - an ambitious undertaking on Weberman's part fo' sure.

Weberman is not ordinary critic who acts as a cheerleader for Bob Dylan as Greil Mucus and others do. Future literary historians will eventually come to realize Bob Dylan is the poet laureate of his generation and that the relationship between A.J. Weberman and Dylan was similar to that of the relationship between Paul Verlaine and the opium addict Arthur Rimbaud. It is true that there is some dissimilarity as Verlaine shot Rimbaud over a beef about Rimbaud’s poetry and the only violence that went down between Weberman and Dylan involved Dylan brutally assaulting Weberman near the Bowery during which time he banged Weberman’s head against the pavement prompting two derelicts to ask Weberman if Dylan “got much money” as they believed Weberman was a drunk who was being rolled.

AJ has written the Bob Dylan To English Dictionary that translates about 800 words from the poetic language Dylan has developed into everyday English. When a translated word appears in the same sentence, verse or paragraph next to a string of already translated words all these translated words make sense within the logic inherent in language forming a coherent thought and parallel the contemporaneous events in Dylan's life at the time the poem was composed. AJ Weberman has unearthed a degree of consistency in Dylan's use of words that can only be intentional and has done what no one has done before - made public the metaphorical and allegorical meaning of Dylan's poetry with a high degree of accuracy in a comprehensive format. Soon you will be able to go to AMAZON'S LOOK INSIDE THE BOOK and read pages from the Dictionary, but in reality you got to look at the work in its totality to judge the degree of consistency that has been carefully contrived by Dylan, and that means shelling out some bread.

"The perfect book for Dylan fanatics." - Paul Krassner, author of One Hand Jerking: Reports From an Investigative Satirist. "A fascinating, meticulous and hilarious study of Dylan's lyrics, written by his arch-fan and stalker, the one and only Weberman" - Boaz Gaon, Maariv Israeli newspaper

A.J. Weberman is best known for his analysis of Dylan’s garbage and for having been beaten up by Bob Dylan on Elizabeth Street in Manhattan in the early 1970’s. Dylan viewed this incident as the “laughter down on Elizabeth Street / And a lonesome bell tone in that valley of stone / where [he] bathed in a stream of pure heat” (Where Are You Tonight, 1978). A.J. is featured on Joel Gilbert’s DVD Bob Dylan World Tours 1966 to 1974, and will appear on Gilbert’s next DVD. Chromedreams in the UK released Weberman’s legendary telephone conversations with Dylan. Rolling Stone Books will soon publish an interview Weberman did with Dylan. Weberman was a character in Don DeLillo's Underworld, "Detwiler had been a fringe figure in the sixties, a garbage guerilla who stole and analyzed the household trash of a number of famous people. He issued mock-comintern manifestos about the contents, with personal asides, and the underground press was quick to print this stuff. His activities had a crisp climax when he was arrested for snatching the garbage of J. Edgar Hoover from the rear of the Director's house in northwest Washington and this is what people remembered" and he his featured in Mark Jacobson's book, Teenage Hipster in the Modern World. AJ is mentioned in numerous articles and books about Bob Dylan and an independent film company in the UK is currently putting together The Ballad of AJ Weberman. AJ is the author of My Life In Garbology (Stonehill Press, 1980) and Coup D’Etat In America: The CIA and the Assassination of JFK (The Third Press, 1975, Quick Publishing Co 1992). The latter book is in its fourth edition and also available from amazon.com as is The Dylan To English Dictionary. Joan Baez related in NO DIRECTION HOME: “Dylan would always say, ‘What do you think of this?’ ‘I didn't understand the thing at all but I loved it so I said, ‘Okay, I'm gonna figure this one out.’ So I read it and gave back my interpretation of what it was about and he said, ‘That's pretty xxxxin' good.’ And he said ‘Years from now all these people, all these assholes, are going to be writing about all the xxxx I write...and what it means…’” A Dylan Data Base is available at http://dylanology.com/wrtwrddb.htm

  6. The Fenster was a low-life piece of xxxx and I am happy that weasel is dead. He and Richard Sprague did everything in their power to supress the presence of Hunt, Sturgis and Christ disguised as tramps at the scene of the Kennedy Assassination. In fact, when Steven Soter first showed the pix of Sturgis and the tramp he said, "I thought it was him but Fensterwald told me there was a height discrepancy." Richard Sprague and Fensterwald would show up at the office of any public official before Canfield and I visited them and say, "Weberman is a pot smoking hippie from the East Village, don't believe a word he says. We are respectable, Bud is a lawyer and I am a computer programer." Sprague eventually was appointed to the Committee on Electronic Funds Transfer by Ford.

Fensterwald was a CIA agent who pretended to be an assassination researcher in order to make sure the Agency was not harmed by the activities of a number of rogue agents. Having the reputation of someone who went up against the agency was invaluable to the CIA when a flap occurred, like the Paisley incident. The only good thing I can say about the Fenster was that his motive in all of this was to strengthen the position of pro-Israel forces within the Agency AS HE WAS A GOOD JEW. I am all for this but refuse to do it at the expense of the American people, who I also owe my loyalty to - having dual citizenship.

  7. AJ Weberman has argued that Bernard Fensterwald could have been working for the CIA.

    http://www.ajweberman.com/nodules/nodule25.htm

Pat Speer has suggested that Weberman’s hostility towards Fensterwald could be connected to his criticisms of the book, Coup D'Etat in America. However, looking closely at Fensterwald’s career I tend to agree with Weberman that he was indeed a CIA asset.

As a young man he clearly held liberal views, possibly as a result of the influence of his mother, Blanche Fensterwald.

In 1951 Fensterwald began work for the State Department as an Assistant Legal Advisor. This included defending State Department employees accused by Joseph McCarthy of being members of the American Communist Party. I think that there is a very good chance that this would have meant helping two key CIA officials accused of being subversives, Frank Wisner and Cord Meyer. Both men were senior figures in the Office of Policy Coordination (OPC), the CIA unit that was responsible for covert operations. Hoover had described the OPC as "Wisner's gang of weirdos" and the FBI began supplying information about them to McCarthy. It has to be remembered that at the time the OPC was mainly staffed by men who had been active “liberals” in the 1930s. Hoover and McCarthy therefore considered them to be dangerous subversives in the 1950s.

People like Fensterwald did a good job and the charges against Wisner and Meyer were dropped. I suspect it was at this time that Fensterwald was recruited as a CIA asset. Tom Braden, who was head of the CIA’s International Organizations Division (IOD), later admitted that in the early 1950s a large number of “liberals” became CIA assets. It is also possible that he also became an informer for the FBI.

In 1957 Fensterwald and his mother visited the Soviet Union. According to Weberman on his return the FBI stated, "Fensterwald has gone out of his way to be helpful."

Fensterwald also worked for two senior politicians, Edward V. Long  and Estes Kefauver. On March 12, 1961, Fensterwald became an investigator for the Senate Antitrust and Monopoly Subcommittee that was headed by Kefauver. However the two men fell out and later that year Kefauver sacked Fensterwald. This might have been something to do with Fensterwald’s relationship with Long, who had been accused of being corruptly involved with Jimmy Hoffa, Robert Maheu and Sam Giancana. Long was eventually forced to resign. Long's book, The Intruders, was dedicated to Fensterwald.

Fensterwald became involved with Jim Garrison and his investigation of the JFK assassination. However, was Fensterwald on a “fishing mission”. We know that two other CIA assets, Dick Billings and Bernardo de Torres, also became involved in the Garrison investigation during this period. Billings attempted to direct Garrison towards the “Mafia did it” theory. Did Fensterwald do the same thing?

In January 1969, Fensterwald formed the Committee To Investigate Assassinations. It his work with this organization that has given Fensterwald his reputation as a JFK assassination researcher. Fensterwald employed Lou Russell, a former FBI agent, to help him with this investigation. This was a strange choice as Russell was an extreme right-winger who had worked for the House Committee on Un-American Activities (HCUA). It was while working on the Alger Hiss case he met Richard Nixon. Russell, an alcoholic, had been fired from the FBI for his drinking. He was also dismissed from the HCUA in 1954 for his drinking. However, he was reinstated by Francis Walter, another extreme right-winger who was associated with the Ku Klux Klan. Russell was also connected to other far right groups.

Fensterwald and Russell enjoyed a long friendship. According to Jim Hougan Fensterwald paid him for work he did not do. Hougan also discovered that Russell received large payments via William Birely. Hougan believes this could have been CIA money.

It is generally believed that Russell was involved in the Watergate operation. Hougan suspects he along with James McCord and Alfred Baldwin, were trying to sabotage the operation.

When James McCord was first arrested he employed Gerald Alch as his lawyer. McCord sacked Alch and replaced him with Fensterwald. McCord’s attitude changed towards the case at this point. He writes to Jack Caulfield (head of Operation Sandwedge) that is going to reveal all unless Nixon stops trying to blame the CIA for Watergate. He also warns against Richard Helms being fired as head of the CIA. Nixon refuses to bring an end to this strategy and dismisses Helms. Soon afterwards McCord writes to John J. Sirica disclosing details of the Watergate operation. The evidence suggests that the CIA sent Fensterwald to McCord in an attempt to direct attention away from its involvement in Nixon’s dirty tricks campaign. As I have speculated on another thread, I believe Nixon’s strategy was to implicate the CIA in his dirty tricks campaign in order that they would, if necessary, organize a cover-up. This of course mirrors what happened during the JFK assassination.

Fensterwald seems to have played a similar role in the cases of Richard Case Nagell (1974) and John Paisley (1978). Both cases had the potential to link the CIA with the JFK assassination. However, in both cases, Fensterwald was unable to find this evidence. Had he been brought in by the CIA to make sure it did not happen? Did he play the same role in the case of James Earl Ray (1974-76)? Once again, he fails to deliver the goods.

Fensterwald’s supporters will refer to the book he co-authored with Michael Ewing: Assassination of JFK: Coincidence or Conspiracy (1974). The book is a collection of biographies of people that Fensterwald believed was involved in the JFK assassination. It is a useful reference book. However, it is noticeable that certain suspects do not appear in the book. The section on the CIA is very short and does not include entries for David Attlee Phillips, David Morales, Rip Robertson, Tracy Barnes, John Paisley, Ted Shackley, etc. Nor are there entries for people such as William Seymour, Bernardo de Torres, Gerry P. Hemming, Roy Hargraves, Lawrence Howard, Steve Wilson, Howard K. Davis, Edwin Collins, James Arthur Lewis and  Dennis Harber. In fact, the anti-Castro angle is virtually completely missing from the book.

The largest section of the book concerns the “Mafia Connection”. This of course fits in with the CIA “Plan B” being pushed by people like Dick Billings and Jack Anderson at this time. That is no doubt what Fensterwald was up to when he got involved in the Jim Garrison investigation. However, Garrison refused to buy the “Mafia theory” and was therefore smeared by Billings and Anderson as being in the pay of organized crime. A smear that was eventually to cause him to lose his job as District Attorney of New Orleans.

There is also a section on Watergate. However, Fensterwald does not mention Lou Russell or Alfred Baldwin. Even McCord only gets three brief mentions.

I believe that Fensterwald was part of a long-term “limited hangout” strategy. Whenever, it looked like some investigation would lead to the CIA being exposed as being involved in the assassination of JFK, Fensterwald was sent in to block or redirect the investigation. He could only get away with this if he was portrayed as a genuine seeker of truth concerning the JFK assassination. The establishment of the formed the Committee To Investigate Assassinations was part of his “legend”.

I read that Jimi died of pharmaceutical Darvon, or synthetic painkillers.

These large pills were meant to be split into four pieces by hand,

but Jimi misunderstood and ingested 16 regular doses.

When he was strapped into the gurney sitting up, he was condemned

to die, because he aspirated on his own vomit, being strapped in.

The negligence of the EMT's on that night is largely to blame,

and the circumstances of the OD and the ambulance run

gave rise to conspiracy theories (which may or may not have merit)

That is the story as I understood it from published material..

I read that Jimi died of pharmaceutical Darvon, or synthetic painkillers.

It was on Mandrax, the U.K.'s equivalent of Quaalude or Sopor. I was married to someone in the music business, at the time. But, more importantly before that, I had been a Playboy Bunny at the New York Club where I became roommates with my co-workers, Devon Wilson, and Michelle McKay Kellgren. This was around 1964-67. Devon ended up living with Jimi in 67', and Michelle, who's brother was Gary Kellgren, owner of The Record Plant Studios, maintained our close friendship throughout the late sixties, and early 70's, when Devon died of a "supposed" overdose, about a year after Michelle and I had re-located to L.A. in 1971. As a matter of fact, the day Jimi died in the early morning hours of September 18th, that evening Michelle showed up at my apartment in the Chatsworth which was located at 72nd Street and Riverside Drive, over by the Westside Highway. She had Jerry Stickles, Jimi's Road Manager, and and a couple of Jimi's roadies with her, and they proceeded to set up a base of operations at my aparment, being that Jimi's apartment on E. 11th St. in The Village was in utter chaos. It was Jerry who told us that Jimi had gone to one of his female acquaintance's apartment, and she had made him a tuna salad sandwich. He had gotten high on Mandrax and passed out for the night. Apparently, he had regurgitated his food during his sleep, but he and his friend were so drugged out that he wasn't able to awaken himself, nor was his friend able to arouse herself in order to turn him onto his side, which would have saved his life. So, he ended up aspirating the contents of his stomach into his lungs, which caused him to suffocate. As for Mike Jeffries, the crook who took advantage of Jimi's financial resources, and ended up bilking the Hendrix family out of much of the royalties that should have been forthcoming to them. Well, he ended up going down in a flaming aircrash. A fitting retribute, as it was rumored among the music business crowd in NYC, that Jeffries had Devon suicided by a forced overdose of heroin, supposedly because Jimi had named her as a beneficiary of either a life insurance policy, or in a hand-written will that Jeffries had destroyed shortly after Devon's death, and before his own ill-fated flight. That's the actual story as I remember it.

Michelle is still alive but I haven't spoken with her since 1983. We lost contact after I had re-married someone totally uninvolved with the music business, and moved out to Redlands, CA in 1982. Her brother, Gary died in a swimming pool accident at his home in the Hollywood Hills in August 1977. FWIW

  9. Looks like the death of Cord Meyer's son was an accident. I can't see them drugging the kid or luring him across the street with a lolly-pop made in Moscow. But this helps with a personality profile on Mary Pinchot, that she was the kind of women who was not into motherhood otherwise she would not have left her child unsupervised.

  10. pick2hc@hotmail.com sent me this email a while back. Looks like I messed up with Virginia when the dude was from Mississippi. I will change that! The last reference is fallacious but the rest are valid. Anyone know anything more about this dude?

I have been investigating abit of family history. I had been told by my father that his father (my grandfather) John Daniel Sullivan was an FBI agent and that he had been found dead (suicide) at home from a gunshot. I believe it was 1967 Vicksburg, Mississippi.

After a few google searches, I found a reference to him in some of your work. http://www.ajweberman.com/nodules/nodule11.htm

"John Sullivan, another employee of Mr. Banister's who was also a retired FBI agent from Vicksburg, Virginia. John Sullivan committed suicide shortly after the assassination of President John F. Kennedy."

I also found his name on a German site titled "Mafia, secret services and politics of the USA"

    http://www.us-politik.ch/teil7.htm

google does a horrible job of translating this page in the link below

    http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=e...ik.ch/teil7.htm

I also found a 1978 memo reviewing the Clay Shaw trial investigative material.

"the report of a discussion concerning the possible hiring of a former FBI agent, John Sullivan of Vicksburg, and a proposal suggesting that the Attorney General's office be requested to stop any further marches in Mississippi by Dr. Martin Luther King and the Southern Leadership Conference"

I am not sure about this one - the guy who runs JFKmurderunsolved.com sent it to me

A: Those maps were pertaining to a gun running operation that was gonna be set up in the Bahamas on a place called Cat Cay, I believe it was, it was known as a staging area. The gentleman that Roselli was talking with had connections with the maritime arm of operations in Cuba which the old raider ship Rex, O'Rourke, some of these operations, Sullivan, I think it was Danny Sullivan, Jim Buchanan and all these. These were the ships, the raider ship known as the Rex, the Violent 3, the Windjammer and the Thor were all raider ships that were sent to carry out sabotage missions through the Florida Straits into Cuba and into other areas including the Dominican Republic.

I am trying to contact my aunt but I am not sure if she is willing to talk about her father. If you have any information or could point me in the right direction I would be grateful.

    Thanks-

    Jeremy Sullivan

  11. On December 18, 1956, Cord's nine-year-old son, Michael, was hit by a car on the curve of highway near their house and killed. It was the same spot where the family's golden retriever had been killed two years earlier. The tragedy briefly brought the couple together. [McLean Boy Dies in Dash Across Road The Washington Post and Times Herald Dec 19, 1956. pg. C7, 1 pgs An 8-year-old McLean, Va., boy was killed yesterday by a car on Chain Bridge rd. at Langley]. However, in 1958, Mary filed for divorce.

Was this a hit and run? I need this article and others about this incident. Who was the driver? Could this have been the KGB teaching the Meyers a lesson not to mess with the revolution by subsidizing socialist non-communist labor unions? The Cold War was more like the Lukewarm War if you ask me.

Now that I think did the KGB strike a response cord in Meyer??

  13. There is no doubt in my mind that MPM was assassinated. One must look at a pattern of events that occurred around this time. The intelligence community was very much concerned not only with a break down in America's anti-Communist response but in traditional American morality. Kennedy was having a minor f***fest - nothing in comparison to the f***fest on the part of the gay community that brought AIDS from an esoteric disease to the forefront of infection - which was cool with beatnicks like myself but did not go over big with James Angleton who ran the show, having been the CIA official to remain in place the longest, and the best and brightest of the lot. Angleton was a very traditional human being who would crush anyone who threatened the classical father knows best view of America. When I met him he attempted to crush me by squeezing my hand so f***ing hard that I had to do a double take on it after he released his grip. But by that time he was out of power and his crew of renegade agents had been disbanded to some extent or another. In any event the FBI discovered that Kennedy was meeting with a lady whose phone records were traced back to Sam Giancana. After the affair ended she became JFK-s ex(ner). Then there was MM, another woman whose death has come under scrutiny but was most likely suicide. What irked them about MPM was the reefers and acid. Angleton did not want a beatnick President, but was not ready to kill John at that point. The fact he ended up with her diary and Truitt's death in Mexico points to James Jesus Angleton renegade CIA spinoff.

  14. ROBERT KENNEDY

    A CASUALTY OF ISLAMISM

The Elders have long been hesitant to reveal our connection to the training of Sirhan Sirhan, even to our own most trusted members, but do so in light of the fact that on May 23, 1993 Sheik Rahman the Elder was overheard on a FBI listening device discussing a plan to bomb the United Nations and the New York City Field Office of the FBI. Here is a transcription of that tape:

Emad Salem: …I do wish to know in regards to the United Nations, do we consider it the house of the devil…because my strike is a devastating one and not an amateur one like the one that took place at the Trade Center, we are preparing something big, something big if God willing, that will bring its highest and lowest, so is that forbidden or allowed?

Rahman: It is not forbidden, however it will be bad for Muslims.

Salem: Not forbidden, however, will be bad for Muslims, we do it or…

    Rahman: No.

    Salem: Forget it.

Rahman: Find a plan to inflict damage on the American Army because the United Nations will damage Muslims.

Salem: We keep it in the Army.

Rahman: Yes, keep it, let us think, you all think of something else, because basically, the United Nations, this, they will consider it to be a center of peace and that Muslims are against peace, and will create a difficulty, and will disturb the Muslims being.

Salem: Yes, but Siddig suggested the second target will be the FBI’s center, which is 26 Federal Plaza, what do you think of this one?

Rahman: By God, I mean, postpone it a little, postpone it a little, this way because, what…

Salem: Emh, ok, fine, but we have prepared the thing now, Sheik.

    Rahman: It’s ok.

    Salem: We wait then?

    Rahman: Wait a little.

    Salem: Fine, Sheik.

Rahman: Slow down, slow down a little bit. The one who killed Kennedy was trained for three years.

The Sheik whispered this last line to Emad Salem for fear the FBI was bugging his telephone and his apartment – which it was from February 1993 to June 1993, when the FBI ceased to do so after having searched it. Long before the Patriot Act was enacted, the FBI also had a “roving wiretap” on the Sheik and tapped the telephones that he used when he traveled to cities like Seattle and Los Angeles. There were other transcriptions of this last part of the tape: “Salem then asked Rahman what he thought of the plan to bomb the FBI at 26 Federal Plaza.” Rahman responded, “Well, uh, a little bit later. We’ll talk about this.” When Salem indicated that the plan was currently in motion, Rahman responded, “It doesn’t matter. Slow down. Slow down a bit. The one who killed Kennedy was trained for three years.”

When the transcript of this electronic surveillance was mentioned during the trial of Sheik Rahman the Elder that began in January 1995, the Zionist-Jewish-hangman Judge Mukasey, the vicious Irish-Catholic prosecutor Andrew C. McCarthy, and all the defense attorneys thought, or pretended to think, that this was a reference to the assassination of John F. Kennedy and not Robert Kennedy. Listen to the dialogue in Mukasey’s courtroom when this valuable insight into our secret history was discussed:

Assistant United States Attorney McCarthy: Your Honor, we are going to get CM10, a transcript that has the allusion to the Kennedy assassination in it.

THE COURT: Right. I ruled that out didn’t I?

McCarthy: No, you ruled that it wasn’t to be mentioned in front of the jury until you said one way or the other. It is our position, your Honor, that it is relevant, probative evidence of Dr. Abdel Rahman’s state of mind…The whole case is about what he had on his mind, and it makes it much more relevant that he’s mentioned the name of a United States Government official as opposed to another man.

THE COURT: No. All it does is call for all kinds of speculation that have not a great deal to do with this case by a good number of years.

McCarthy: It’s not the government’s position that he actually had anything to do with the Kennedy assassination. But it is extremely relevant, given the fact that what was being proposed were attacks on American installations, that what he is talking about is training for an attack on an American government official in a case where he has contended that he’s not involved in any kind of Jihad other than Jihad overseas…

THE COURT: “The person who carried out the Kennedy assassination trained for three years,” is a point he could just as easily have been making about a proposed act to take place overseas, as he could about a proposed domestic act. For example, if he had said “Have your escape plans ready, because John Wilkes Booth has a horse waiting out in the alley…” But if he is talking about an attack on American military installations, it will be apparent without his reference to advice based on an earlier act. If he is saying, “Wait to attack American installations because after all the person who attacked Kennedy trained for three years,” then the fact that he alludes to the person who attacked Kennedy doesn’t add anything. On the other hand if he says wait to train to assassinate Mubarak because the person who assassinated Kennedy trained for three years, that doesn’t make a proposed assassination of Mubarak somehow a more American act…

McCarthy: Perhaps the name Kennedy, – it has a danger of unfair prejudice that an appropriate substitution or to an instruction from the court with the transcript left intact that the government doesn’t make any contention that any defendant on trial had anything to do with that incident.

Defense Attorney Lynne Stewart: Could you read it aloud, Judge? I don’t have it in front of me, just as it would be without the word Kennedy, that sentence.

    THE COURT:

Rahman: The man who killed X was training for three years. We don’t want ah –

Salem: No, no we will do a good job God willing.

    Rahman: OK

Stewart: The problem is John Wilkes Booth –

Defense Attorney Amsterdam: Without being funny, there is the tension. I am extremely concerned with spillover prejudice as to any inference in front of this jury that somebody even remotely connected with this group had something to do with Kennedy. On the other hand if you substitute it with a blank there is some suggestion that a recent assassination was actually committed. So from her [Lynne Stewart’s] point of view, I think that she will almost take the Kennedy because it is so far away in time that she couldn’t possibly have been involved in it. From my point of view I will take anything other than Kennedy. I think from that point of view Lincoln…

    Stavis: Or President Garfield.

THE COURT: Let’s take another step further. Instead of just blanking out Kennedy, why not blank out kill also, and leave it as the man who was redacted was training for three years.

This was what the jury heard and read:

Rahman: The one who [redacted] [redacted] was training for three years, we don’t want uh.

Salem: No, no we will do a good job, God willing.

The Assistant United States Attorney summed up this conversation: “Those are the words he spoke in the kitchen. Keep it away from the United Nations, put it right at the Army itself. The FBI: Slow down. Do it right. Those words are not words he wanted anyone but Salem to hear. He whispered them. The last people he wanted to hear those words are you. But you will listen to them right now. Cue it up you can listen on your headphones, it will play out loud, but you can hear it much better on your headphones, because it is whispering. (Audiotape played.) When we talk about corroboration that is what corroboration is. Someone tells you he said these words, he whispered them in a kitchen. You have it on tape. That is the side he never wanted people to see.” All praise to Allah! The Sheik’s indiscretion was excised from this tape!

After the Sheik was sentenced to life imprisonment he glossed over his reference to this event that had far reaching consequences on America’s history: “When he then countered with a plan for FBI headquarters at 26 Federal Plaza I told him to slow down, take time – all to dissuade this insistent hot-headed individual, who I know now only had thoughts of money and his master’s glory. The attack on American military bases here, supposedly suggested by me on tape was nothing more than an instantaneous reaction to a person I thought to be either unbalanced or an Egyptian spy. It was said to set out an impossibility and thus relieve myself of his unwelcome presence.”

    SIRHAN SIRHAN

On June 5, 1968 Sirhan Sirhan assassinated presidential candidate Senator Robert F. Kennedy. With all praise to Allah, this conspiracy was written off as the act of a lone gunman, a deranged individual, a Middle Eastern Lee Harvey Oswald, when in reality, like the Kahane assassination, it was our work of carried out with the help of Allah.

Sirhan Sirhan was born in 1944 in al-Quds and in 1948, he and his family moved to Old Jerusalem where they remained until coming to the United States in 1956. Throughout his eight years in Old Jerusalem there were intermittent bombings perpetrated by the Zionists. Sirhan’s family resided in a one-room apartment with grossly inadequate toilet facilities. He was told they were living as they were because “the Jews have kicked us out of our home.” He was also told of the Deir Yassin massacre in which the Jews slaughtered 250 people including women and children. Sirhan explained, “While living in Old Jerusalem I went to a well for some water, and when the bucket came up it contained a hand and this sickened me. On one occasion I saw the exploded remains of a grocer I knew. Another time I came across the body of a neighbor hanging on the barbed wire on the street in front of our home. Once a Zionist truck drove through our street carrying a number of young Arab girls whose breasts had been slashed. I was four years old at the time and I told my mother ‘Look at the blood, mommy!’” In 1956 he heard about aggression by the Zionists against the Arabs in the Suez Canal. Sirhan asserted that violence was the only means by which the American Negroes would achieve their goals, and that the State of Israel had taken his home, and that the Jewish people were on top and directing the events in America.

These experiences made it easy for the Elders of Islam to recruit Sirhan into our association, despite the fact that he was not a devout Moslem, but a Christian. In court, during his trial, Sirhan Sirhan burst out that he had killed RFK “willfully, premeditatively, with twenty years of malice and forethought. I am willing to fight for the Arab cause. I am willing to die for it.” On June 1, 1968 Ben Herrick, the owner of the Lock, Stock and Barrel Gun shop in San Gabriel, California, sold Sirhan the ammunition he used to assassinate Kennedy. Herrick stated that two Arab Brothers accompanied Sirhan. Larry K. Arnot, who worked at the store at the time refused to talk about the incident. Sirhan repeatedly stated that he carried out this assassination alone, however, a fellow inmate with Sirhan in San Quentin from 1972 to 1973 claime that Sirhan was involved in the prison murder of inmate Ronald Woods who had gone to the FBI and told agents there that Sirhan had admitted to him that others were involved in the RFK assassination.

    SIRHAN AND MEHDI

Sheik Rahman was in Egypt when Robert Kennedy was assassinated and did not know Sirhan Sirhan, however God, in his divine wisdom put Mehdi the Elder in contact with Sirhan Sirhan. Mehdi, who was in touch with Rahman the Elder, received a fatwa from him authorizing the assassination. In accordance with the will of Allah, after the Robert Kennedy assassination the FBI failed to investigate a connection between Sirhan Sirhan and the West Coast office of the Arab Information Center in San Francisco, founded by Dr. Mehdi, despite the fact that Sirhan stated at his trial “that he read everything about the Arab-Israeli situation that he could lay his hands on, including publications from the Arab Information Center in the United States.” Dr. Mehdi had left San Francisco in 1963 to direct the New York Office of the Center, but the office on the West Coast remained in operation and both Mehdi and Sirhan visited it often. Sirhan reportedly collected intelligence for the Arab Information Center by reading publications such as the B’nai B’rith Messenger, and attending Jewish meetings and parades.

After Sirhan Sirhan performed his service to the Umma, Dr. Mehdi visited Sirhan in prison numerous times and issued a statement that Sirhan might have been motivated to attack Robert Kennedy because Robert Kennedy had promised to sell sophisticated bombers to Israel. Mehdi talked honestly of the “frustration of many Arabs with American politicians who have sold the Arab people of Palestine to the Zionist Jewish voters.” When Sirhan was arrested, a newspaper article that stated Senator Kennedy favored aid to Israel, with arms if necessary, was found in his pocket. Dr. Mehdi visited with Sirhan after Sirhan was incarcerated, under the pretext of writing a book on the Robert Kennedy assassination that was printed by the New World Press in 1968 and titled Kennedy and Sirhan, Why? The New World Press was located in Dr. Mehdi’s apartment.

In this book Mehdi justified Sirhan’s action: “Kennedy, the dove on Vietnam, who had called for the de-escalation of the war, was a hawk in the Middle East and had proposed sending fifty Phantom jets to Israel; Israel having been created because Palestine was destroyed and its people shattered and Sirhan being a member of that destroyed and shattered nation of Palestine, it was clear why he would consider Kennedy as one of his enemies. As soon as the identity of the assailant was discovered, the Action Committee on American-Arab Relations issued a statement in New York explaining that his act ‘reflects the frustration of many Arabs with American politicians who have sold the Arab people of Palestine to the Zionist Jewish voters.’ Furthermore, the Action Committee condemned ‘the fact that Senator Kennedy had kowtowed to the Zionist pressure to the detriment of America.’ President Johnson, who sends American planes to bomb North Vietnam, is a legitimate target for the Viet Cong and North Vietnamese. To say that the Viet Cong should not attack Johnson and should direct their fire only at the GI's would not make sense. If the Viet Cong could get Lyndon Baines Johnson, to them he is a fair game. By the same token, when Robert F. Kennedy supports Israel against the Arabs, he is assuming the role of an Israeli high-ranking official. To say that the Arabs should direct their fire only at Israeli soldiers, but not at those who have supplied the soldier with arms and economic and political strength and thereby created the Israeli war machinery - this too does not make sense…Sirhan has raised some other questions of greater theoretical and philosophical interest. He has raised the question of political assassination and conventional morality; His decision raises the questions of the use of force: whether ‘organized’ use of force is moral and ‘individual’ use of force immoral. Whether the American politician, whose policies, statements and actions affect the lives of millions of people the world over, should be accountable only to the American voters, or as he affects the destiny of other people, he should be equally accountable to these others…On the question of prevention of greater evil, if the death of one person has prevented the sending of Phantom jets which might kill and destroy the lives of, say, fifteen thousand human beings, then possibly a greater evil was prevented even though a great tragedy took place.”

In another book, Terrorism Against America, Why? Mehdi wrote: “Robert Kennedy, of course, was not interested in killing Arabs. But his action in the course of the elections resulted in the death of thousands of Arabs. Indeed, Robert Kennedy can be considered as the man responsible for the arms race in the Middle East. The Israeli occupation of Sinai, annexation of the Golan Heights and war in Lebanon might be traced to Bobby Kennedy’s desire to become the President of the United States.

“Was Sirhan able to appeal to Kennedy in any way whatever so that politician Kennedy would not push for giving Phantom jets to Israel? In Sirhan’s own words, if he had wanted ‘to lick Kennedy’s boots, pleading with him not to send the phantom jets to Israel, Kennedy would not have even stopped to have his boots licked’ by Sirhan.

“Sirhan, of course, committed an act of terrorism. But Robert Kennedy’s pushing for arms to Israel has led to hundreds of acts committed by Israel terrorists, resulting in the death of tens of thousands of Palestinians, Syrians, Lebanese and other Arabs. Kennedy was responsible for acts of war terrorism and other horrors in the Middle East.

“Sirhan, of course, could have appealed to the American people to pressure Kennedy not to send arms to Israel. But in the absence of the capability to affect American public opinion peacefully to prevent Kennedy from supporting Israel, an act of terrorism was committed by Sirhan in reaction to Kennedy’s promotion of war in the Middle East.”

    ISSA NAKHLEH

The Arab Higher Committee for Palestine instructed its New York representative Issa Nakhleh to offer all possible assistance to Sirhan, and Nakhleh became a consulting attorney at the Sirhan Sirhan trial. Born in Palestine Nakhleh, a Christian, was a graduate of London University, a Barrister-at-Law of the Honorable Society of Lincoln Inn, London, and a Member of the Palestine Bar. He represented the Arab Higher Committee for Palestine (also known as the Palestinian Arab Delegation) a pro-PLO group in New York from 1947 to 1948. He then became Representative of the League of Arab States with the rank of Minister Plenipotentiary for Latin America with an office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. For the last 32 years he had represented the Arab Higher Committee for Palestine in New York. He attended more than 15 Sessions of the United Nations General Assembly, and made more than 50 speeches in the Special Political Committee on the Problem of Palestine. The Justice Department reported that Palestinian Arab Delegation is registered with the Foreign Agents Registration Board as a representative of the Arab Higher Committee for Palestine: “The registrant engaged in meetings at the United Nations for the purpose of winning support of the United Nations Delegations for the cause of the Palestine Arab people.” The Delegation received $24,000.00 for the six-month period ending June 26, 2001 from the Palestinian Authority. The Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, whose spirit guided Brother Nakhleh, had originally formed the Palestinian Arab Delegation.

  15. JIMI HENDRIX WAS NOT MURDERED. I WORKED WITH HIM IN THE CAFE WHA AND BEFORE HE WENT TO ENGLAND HE TOLD ME, WEBERMAN, I GOT SOME MONEY NOW AND I AM GOING TO TAKE EVERY DRUG THERE IS. HE LOVED TO GET HIGH, HE CHOKED ON HIS OWN VOMIT, I WARNED HIM TO BE MORE SELECTIVE. LIKE I KNEW A LOT OF THESE DRUGGIES, BEING A POT HEAD MYSELF.....

  16. I am a graduate of CCNY - City College in Manhattan and MDC - Metropolitan Detention Center - in Brooklyn. I worked with Senator Richard Schweiker and Cong Henry Gonzalez on the Coup D'Etat that took place on November 22, 1963, which shifted the direction that America would take. I was sued by Howard Hunt for naming him as one of the tramps picked up hours after the Kennedy assassination but he chickened out and never went to trial. There was no way the CIA was going to let me win, it would have been very dangerous for this country as we were involved in a Cold War with the Soviet Union. The Agency went as far as drugging Congressmen Gonzalez and he started acting in a bizarre fashion and had to resign. Forget my bona fides, look at the info that I have brought together from telephone calls to Gerry Hemming, from documents, from court cases and from The Weberman Commission - where I used subpoena power to question Angleton, Helms, Barker, Sturgis, Liddy etc. Right now I am working on a Dylan to English Dictionary which is going to run 1,000 pages in Volume One. I am active in the Medical Marijuana Movement, and just helped get that Hawk's nest restored here in Manhattan by doing a reverse search on the building and revealing the names of the tenants on the internet.
