But his waist is BELOW the fence top & not visible. Thus, he cannot be Arnie whose waist is visible (in the Moorman illusion), if he is real which he is not, of course. Addendum:

Duncan, Here's a Moorman BEFORE fading. Note the barrel cuts across any ALLEGED washout. Thus, the 33' shooter is proved. (Of course, the ALLEGED hatman & BM have been soundly refuted & the air is now cleansed.)
