  1. What a debacle 12 yrs later. And it is just the beginning of this hot mess.... http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/05/05/khalid-sheikh-mohammed-trial-9-11-guantanamo_n_1483513.html?icid=maing-grid7%7Cmaing8%7Cdl3%7Csec1_lnk3%26pLid%3D158293
  2. Thank you Michael for contributing a nice article, the kind of article that should be written of us all following the expiration of our life. I don't believe there was any significant abomination within Earl Rose, no more then I believe it of my dad, one of my better friends, or a physician I currently work with who all advocate what the Warren Commission concluded. At least four Parkland MD's describe wounds that defy LHO's singular involvement. Dr Rose knew that as well as he knew about most other theories that defined absolutely impossible coincidences and perfectly clear, deductive, and sound evidence of multicomplicity. But he, like the others I respect, chose, and choose, not to believe certain truths. I've noticed the look in their eyes when I've shown them certain conventionally unexplainable government autopsy photos. It's kind of sad. But maybe they will be better off then us. They have a foundation under them that I respect. We members here could also have a thread discussing the probabilities of future cataclysmic meteor collision with the earth. Do we at some point decide the scope of our life is better suited elsewhere? Seriously, I do understand the good that work from men like Morley and Lesar has, and will, accomplish. However, I suspect the vigilant concern over the cover-up of this one act of treason has done much greater damage, in the fifty years since, then the act itself did. The Industrial Military Complex should not exist. He was a good President who deserved much better. What are the odds he secreted back into his room from a solicitous encounter on the morning of his demise? The universe has laws that bear themselves out no matter what era or society. Don't you think he was also the perfect storm; the exact chain of events at the exact timing? Don't piss on all of your political enemies all at once is one lesson to carry away from Camelot. I recently told my wife the JFK stuff was a waste of time, and that I would find infinitely more pleasant things to occupy myself with. I've been telling her for a few years I'm gonna start working out too.
  3. The Parkland medical examiner who lobbied at the ER scene to keep JFK's body in Dallas for the autopsy has died at 85. He came under scrutiny by some researchers (also performed Tippit's and Ruby's post mortem) and spoke publicly about the assassination after Stone's film. As far as I know, he always advocated the trajectory and wounds of the WC findings.
  4. I absolutely concur, Duke. Less is almost always better. I am a small fish in the this pond of the implications of 11/23/63. The original digression had something to do with ponds originating from and terminating in massive waters.
  5. Not sure what I can say about Morley and Lesar except that they are most certainly courageous citizens soldiering against great opposition, for no justifiable self advancement that I can see, in a war for all of us. Taking a moment to pen a note of gratitude to Bill Kelly in this space is obviously warranted as well. God's speed, gentlemen.
  6. It seems to me a lot of members might suspect Bobby did not want an examination of the brain or body at that time because of the can of worms it would open, so to speak; for whatever that's worth.
  7. Thank you, Greg. May I impose upon you with a couple of additional inquiries? Do I understand correctly that only the immediate family (Jackie and RFK,...) was allowed to view the President's body after it was reposed in state? What do you think the likelihood of a future exhumation is? As I understand, RFK was the primary watchdog while alive. For example, he was responsible for the brain's whereabouts and final reunion with the body, according to JFK's secretary edit: secretary's statements are unconfirmed as best I can determine.
  8. I'm going to say that you might be correct. Of course, you might not be. edit: to reassure you, I did read the 23 pages yesterday including all of your work and citations.
  9. Maybe an appropriate co-summation to my esteemed fellow conspiratorialist, Travis', worthy offering is that the post assassination doings of both LHO and JDT in Oak Cliff have been forever rendered indeterminable primarily by the succeeding witness accounts on record which are all, it seems, incredible, conflicting, inerrant, exaggerative, or wholly concocted for pathological self promotion. Why would one person flee the scene of Tippit's freshly murdered body while a second man lingers there? Why on earth would any of the sinister murderers of the officer allow another patrol car to haphazardly be witnessed in broad daylight right next to Tippit's body and patrol car before casually driving off? I'll spare my fellow members from going on and on here.
  10. Hello Malcolm, I am familiar with Mr Wilson's deductions and I think he's done admirably in some key areas. Listen, the sewer drain explains how Lee Bower's had no clear sight from his catbird perch of any shooters fleeing the area. The rifle sight from there to the occupants of the Limo is like sighting fish in a barrel when one sees the photo restaging from that vantage. I am not fully sold, but it does make a case for itself. I do not, incidentally, particularly like the use of the Zapruder film for deductive conclusions as it has been solidly proven to have been tampered with.
  11. I have not seen a more fitting final comment on a 20 plus page thread in this forum. There is more clarity of what transpired in Dealey then there is of events in Oak Cliff. And these events are critically important to understanding Dealey. What do we know of Tippit in that 45 minutes or less after Dealey? *He was watching the exit of the viaduct for several minutes directly after the shooting, and he then began behaving oddly. Allow me to make a couple of fairly safe deductions, and a couple of leaps until Oak Cliff is factually unmuddied. 1. I shouldn't get too much opposition to the deduction that he was waiting for someone to leave Dealey through the viaduct. 2. After that, It's hard to argue against his witnessed frantic behavior being the result of a prearranged plan, somehow involving him, going awry. 3. What could his hurried phone call in the record store be for if not to have someone explain why the plan was not following its prescribed path, and as importantly, what should he do now. 4. As for his murder...that's a hard one. We know why Kennedy was terminated, but it's unlikely now 50 yrs later we will ever know why Tippit was. I work in emergency medicine and no one ever is immediately incapacitated from center mass GSW's, even if shot through the aorta or left ventricle. LHO had one of the most mortal, surgically unrepairable abdominal wounds and he survived to the OR. So, Tippit I believe, was surprised by the intent of his murderer, but had time to defensively draw and fall on his weapon, I would say as he was being fired upon. The execution style temple shot was for insurance after he was already felled lying prone. I believe he was looking for LHO being ferried by car from Dealey in order to provide his further escape. I believe he and Lee were both intentionally manipulated to believe in Lee's escape plan, and it was never to actually take place. After this, I lose a significant amount of speculative confidence in why Tippit was eliminated. BTW, I see a fair amount of 'speculative confidence' around here I may lean toward Giancana's purported testimony on Tippit's killing the most; Tippit got cold feet or somehow tried to deviate from directions or appeared unreliable. FWIW, if he was to erase LHO, he would then also have had to be neutralized somehow as was done to the successor of his incompleted duty, Jack Ruby who was erased by way of incarceration, and intimidation, and untimely departure. Second most believable hypothesis for his murder is he drove into a planned death trap for him. His murder definitely provided an effective diversion to post assassination cleanup of Dealey by plotters, and served to further incriminate LHO. That will conclude my speculative diffidence. lol
  12. Hmm, I recall one ER statement of very low damage; less corroboration then the left upper center breakage and high damage against chrome molding reports. This is only my personal recollection.
  13. The behavior and complicity of the SS agents has often confused me. I tend to presently think they were guilty only of gross incompetence, especially Greer. Who would agree to ride in that car knowing it would be driven through a crossfire? Hell, one bullet hit the curb...and hit(s) to the windshield close to Greer's head if Altgen's photo is valid. I'm surprised Jackie's head didn't also come apart as close as it was to John's during the fatal shots. Now think of that. Would have been interesting for them to have to alter a second autopsy.
  14. What do you make of the possibility of a sewer drain sniper?
  15. Tommy, thanks for reply, and I do not find it obtuse in any way. I'm certain you are well aware of the great lengths taken in discussion of windshield damage to the presidential limo, and you are correct about reports of left upper center damage from Parkland ER bystanders. The reports of location and through and through damage varied from witnesses which include DPD officers, a nursing student, agent who drove car to Love Field, and FBI agents examining limo in White House garage and those testifying at Clay Shaw trial -to name a few. I, so far, am failing to rediscover the story of the employee at plant where limo was said to have been disassembled. Too much data and too many years syndrome.
  16. Bill, good to see your connections restored. I can resend my queries by personal message if you wish. Very appreciative of your work and your opinion on intellectuals; pseudo and genuine lol. Message me when you have time.
  17. Then that paints him as a simple idiot. Corrupted or stupid? Tough way to be recorded by history either way you go.
  18. Ray Charles could see, even in his current state, the detail surrounding Kennedy was implicitly involved in the coup d'etat that accomplished it's most important task that day. The SS driver, by numerous first hand accounts including Connally's, pulled the limousine over and quite nearly stopped- at best, stopped- at worst. I wonder what Hill says about the autopsy photographs relevant to writing Jackie's statement, "They shot his head off. Oh Jack, what have they done?" http://i172.photobucket.com/albums/w30/skeen99/448px-JFK_posterior_head_wound.jpg artist rendering
  19. Wim, more then one Parkland hospital bystander noted a high center windshield hole against the upper windshield molding that had the look of frontal entry. The car was hastily moved by men overhearing this conversation. This entry hole was confirmed by an employee of the warehouse the limousine was moved to for disassembly. Please forgive me for not digging up names and quotes as I am traveling, but I'm sure you are aware of all such persons and events. You conclude there were two, possibly three shooting positions with Files' position being the most forward of the motorcade, if I am understanding you. The windshield entry hole would place an additional position to Files' right, closer to, or on the triple overpass? edit: I have not read the book, but plan to.
  20. Have you read the 1990s review of CE 567? BK Greetings Bill. I had read some commentary on the fragments. Nice to see they weren't all 'pristine'. Disappointing, but not in the least surprising, especially considering it's examination process, to see the evidence become just another "inconclusive" piece of data. Would enjoy to hear, someday, more of your opinions on this matter, as well some on what you have found during your time with the 9/11 commission.
  21. My name is Steven Skeen, I am an acute Critical Care Practitioner with a degree in Biology and a certification in Criminal Forensics. I am now 45 and have researched and analyzed the conspiracy from the time I read Lifton's 'Best Evidence', the testimony of the Parkland physicians, and the WC report, probably 20 yrs ago.
