(CN) - A federal judge has upheld a verdict in favor of a 78-year-old who was disabled by a stroke and had been a model citizen until he was stopped by two young California Highway Patrol officers for driving five miles under the speed limit. In the course of arresting the disabled man, one officer punched him in the gut, knocked him to the ground and then falsely accused him of resisting arrest. "The verdict was vindication of the obvious fact that, however they were trained, there was no need for a CHP officer to punch a harmless, disabled senior citizen," said attorney Michael Haddad on behalf of client, Harrison Orr. Orr sued California, its highway patrol, and CHP officers Jay Brame and Terry Plumb, seeking over a 2013 traffic stop. He was 76 at the time. Suffering from slurred speech and balancing problems due to a stroke, Orr was pulled over because he was driving too slow. Although Orr told officers that he did not drink or use drugs, and that a stroke had left him with slurred speech and unable to balance well, the officers subjected him to two field sobriety tests. A breathalyzer test then confirmed that Orr had not had any alcohol. But the officers decided to arrest him anyway, saying he might be on drugs. Orr initially cooperated with the arrest, but objected when the officers wanted to handcuff him, citing his balance problems. In an attempt to handcuff Orr, the two CHP officers grabbed him from either side and Plumb punched him in the stomach, knocking hime to the ground. Cesium-134/137 measured over 200 percent of safety level from Fukushima rice by Mochizuki According to Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, excessive amount of Cs-134/137 was detected from two unpolished rice samples produced in Fukushima city. The rice was experimentally produced but not distributed, the farmer states. The highest reading was 220 Bq/Kg in total of Cs-134/137. The safety limit is supposed to be 100 Bq/Kg. If you love Japan, and maybe speak Japanese, you will maybe want to forgo the dinosaur and choose the eerily human-like “female” robot who speaks fluent Japanese. This, sadly, isn’t a joke. According to The Guardian [1]: “If you want to check in, push one,” the dinosaur says. The visitor still has to punch a button on the desk and type in information on a touch panel screen. From the front desk to the porter that is an automated trolley taking luggage to the room, this hotel in south-western Japan, aptly called Weird Hotel, is “manned” almost totally by robots to save labour costs. Hideo Sawada, who runs the hotel as part of an amusement park, insists using robots is not a gimmick but a serious effort to use technology and achieve efficiency. Henn na Hotel, as it is called in Japanese, was shown to reporters on Wednesday, complete with robot demonstrations, before it opened on Friday. Another feature is facial recognition technology, so instead of the standard electronic keys, a digital image of the guest’s face is registered during check-in. The reason? Robots aren’t good at finding keys if people happen to lose them. A giant robotic arm, usually seen in manufacturing, sits in glass quarters in the lobby. It lifts one of the boxes stacked into the wall and puts it through a space in the glass, where a guest can place an item in it, to use as a locker. The arm will put the box back into the wall until the guest wants it again. The system is called “robot cloak room”. Why a simple coin locker won’t do is not the point. “I wanted to highlight innovation,” Sawada said. “I also wanted to do something about hotel prices going up.” Staying at Henn na Hotel starts at 9,000 yen ($80), a bargain for Japan, where a stay in one of the nicer hotels can easily cost twice or three times that much. It would be completely obvious to everyone that Khrushchev was killed by his own political enemies with the help of the KGB, for political reasons. You wouldn’t need 1/10th of the evidence pointing toward a high–level conspiracy that is present in the JFK assassination to convince just about anybody of this. … What is fundamentally different between this thought experiment and the reality of the Kennedy assassination is not the basic facts — it is a matter of belief systems. When the FBI attempted to locate a man named “Regan” who Rizzuto/Landesberg (the student) said paid L'eander (the actor), they bothered to travel all the way to the Roosevelt Hotel in New Orleans, forgetting to visit the Roosevelt Hotel in New York, where Rizzuto said Regan lived. Rizzuto/Landesberg (the student) told the FBI that Oswald, L'eandes and a man named Earl Perry worked together in New York City in 1961-62 (when Harvey Oswald was in Russia). Perry was from El Paso, Texas and was stationed at Barstow, CA. SA J. Richard Nichols contacted Major Robert C. Whitebread of the USMC in an attempt to locate Earl Perry, who knew L'eandes (the actor) and Oswald. Nichols learned that the only Earl Perry on active duty was assigned to the Marine Supply Center in Barstow, CA., and was from El Paso, TX. But on Nov 26, instead of requesting the military file for Earl Eugene Perry (El Paso, TX), SA Leonard Lewis obtained the file for Earl Sheldon Perry from the Military Personnel Records Center in St. Louis. Earl Sheldon Perry was from Casper, Wyoming, joined the US Army in 1954, and was discharged in 1956. The FBI avoided contacting Earl Eugene Perry from El Paso. 5. Many people seem totally unconcerned that all paper court records and backup microfilm records for the arrest and incarceration of Stephen Harris Landesberg (the student) have disappeared. Researchers might want to contact the US District Court House for the Southern District of NY at 40 Foley Square in NYC, to see if the records have reappeard, but I won't hold my breath. The look alike rarely speaks publicly nor does he intermingle outside of insiders that know his real identity. The doppelganger looks like Petro Poroshenko in every aspect of the Ukrainian leader. He has been schooled into all of Petro Poroshenko’s habits and mannerisms. It is most difficult for those close to Poroshenko to spot the doppelganger from the real. For example when the doppelganger dines out with Ukraine’s SZRU, not even Ukraine’s top intelligence service is able to detect the doppelganger from Petro Poroshenko. In all respects the look-alike is identical to Poroshenko’s physical features from his head to toe. To determine the look-alike from Petro Poroshenko a small tattoo of the Ukraine flag was placed on the inside of the look-alike’s left arm. Last month the SZRU received word of an imminent death threat on Petro Poroshenko’s life. The doppelganger was immediately engaged to act in Poroshenko’s stead, and for the next few weeks all public appearances were performed by the look-alike while Poroshenko was safely squirreled away in a remote hideout. Once the threat was secured Petro Poroshenko came out of hiding. His look-alike was spearheaded away into one of Petro Poroshenko’s manor house where he remains until he is called upon for further duty. On one occasion the doppelganger was able to slip away from his hideout. He aimlessly wandered about as he looked for some form of a get away. Poroshenko’s protective service agents found the man cowering behind a trash bin. He was immediately taken back into their custody. Insiders have confided in the Thomas Cain Report that the look-alike offered to resign from his position. He was tired of having to hide out, he complained of tediousness and boredom. Mostly, he feared for his life. The doppelganger was severely warned that any further attempt to run off would mean sudden death for him. The resemblance to Petro Poroshenko was so outrageous that it became obvious that Viktor Kryvonis could pose a threat to Poroshenko as a potential imposter of the Ukraine leader. In the dead of night three masked men raided Kryvonis’ house where he was tied and bound before they hauled the man off in a nondescript van. As they departed the house, Viktor Kryvonis’s resident was burned to the ground. When the authorities found inside the house the charred body of a man that was approximately the size of Kryvonis they automatically assumed it to be the body of Viktor Kryvonis. Russian intelligence got word of Petro Poroshenko’s double through a Ukraine spy, operating as one of Petro Poroshenko’s closes allies and friend. The spy was able to provide Russian intelligence of Viktor Kryvonis’ dossier and Polish background. On October 2, 2014, around 4 am, a special squad of Russian Marines stormed Viktor Kryvonis’s hideout where he was captured and spearheaded to a holding cell in Moscow. The Thomas Cain Report has been informed that Petro Poroshenko is being blackmailed into a full compliance by Russian authorities. Russian investigators have determined that the body found in Kryvonis’s house was that of a man named Edmund Borkowski, a 40 years old Polish vagabond.
