Court Rules Police No Longer Have to Release Information about Corrupt Cops to the Publicby IWB · July 1, 2015 Maryland — In a damning blow to transparency, the Maryland Court of Appeals ruled that information related to police misconduct cannot be disclosed to the public and is exempt from the Maryland Public Information Act. In other words, if a police officer strangles an innocent child to death while on duty and is “disciplined” for these actions, the public will never and can never know. According to the Baltimore Sun: The question before the state’s highest court centered on whether citizens have a right to know the outcome and other information about an investigation once misconduct allegations are sustained. In a 5-2 ruling, the court said the law exempts personnel information from disclosure and does not differentiate between “sustained” and “unsustained” complaints. This bogus secrecy applies to the actual victims in the complaints! In 2009, Sgt. John Maiello of the Baltimore Police Department was leaving a voicemail for a black woman named Teleta Dashiell. At the end of the call, Maiello thought he hung up the phone, but he actually stayed on allowing the voicemail to record his racial slurs against Dashiell. Naturally, Dashiell filed a formal complaint. Several month later, the only thing she received back was a letter from the department stating that her claim was sustained and appropriate action had been taken. That was it. Magness pleaded guilty but the police department didn't fire him. Now that a video has been released that shows officer Magness horrifically torturing a handcuffed man who was also tied to a chairin December 2014, the department might be wondering if they made the wrong decision to keep Magness on the force. The man, who is now fairly agitated after being assaulted while in handcuffs is thrown into the cell. He then makes a mistake and raises his open hand toward Magness. At this point, Magness jumps on the man and begins pummeled him. Magness, knowing that his body camera is recording this abuse, continues to yell out, “Stop Resisting!” throughout the abuse in an attempt to justify his torturous ways. It gets worse from there. With the Tories considering tax cuts for the rich, and reducing benefits plus tax credits for the poor that situation could get worse instead of better. The 2014 figures from the Office of National Statistics (ONS) clearly showed the disparity between the richest and the poorest. The richest fifth of the population had an average yearly income of £80, 800 before taxes or benefits were taken into account. In contrast the poorest fifth have to survive on 1/15th of that, a mere £5,500 (and that is if they avoid DWP sanctions). However those poorest families see 37.8 per cent of their income go back to the government in taxes, whilst the richest have 3 per cent less of their income go in taxes. If 160 Tory MPs have their way the balance will tilt towards the rich even further. They are urging Chancellor George Osborne to lower the top rate of tax to 40p. Their argument is that lower taxes for the rich eventually makes everybody richer, assuming of course they use the money they save to create extra jobs instead of spending it on luxury items, or on foreign holidays. The TUC General Secretary, Frances O’Grady argues that the rich should be paying more taxes not less: “There can be no argument for reducing taxes for the richest when they are already contributing a smaller share of their income than the poorest. “The government should instead be looking at how the wealthiest can make a fairer contribution to improving the public finances.” This is especially the case as Iain Duncan Smith has declared that there will £12 billion in welfare cuts. Ms O’Grady continued: “Without tax credits, the low-paid would be much worse off. It will be a disaster for millions of families if the government rushes ahead with plans for extreme cuts to support for people in work.” These cuts have already begun with the closing of the Independent Living Fund for disabled people, and cuts to working tax credits, and the freezing of child tax credits. Universal Credit is supposed to make people better off if they are working, but it is already three years late, and assuming it ever woks that is.

Well now the company has been ordered to pay the largest environmental fine in the nation’s history at $18.7 billion dollars, the final settlement to be divvied up among the Gulf states who suffered most in the oil spill’s wake. Sure, $18.7 billion sounds like a lot of money even these days, but check out this chart (via The Independent): The company only made 928.67 billion in revenue in the years since the spill. How ever will they be able to pay that hefty fine? (It’s not even 10% of the company’s gross profit; it barely makes a dent.) This money won’t make it to the pockets of the people actually affected. It never does. $18.7 billion… So that’s how much it costs for the deaths of 11 people, the rape of a whole ecosystem, and continuous negative health impacts on millions of humans and animals throughout the area for years to come? However, more data continues to present itself suggesting that may be completely false. A new study published in BMC Medicine by Santa Fe Institute Omidyar Fellows Ben Althouse and Sam Scarpino points to a different, but related, source of the outbreak — vaccinated people who are infectious but who do not display the symptoms of whooping cough, suggesting that the number of people transmitting without symptoms may be many times greater than those transmitting with symptoms. In 2012, whooping cough, or pertussis, is spread across the entire US at rates at least twice as high as those recorded in 2011 and epidemiologists and health officials were even admitting that the vaccines may be the cause. The dangerous new strains of whooping cough bacteria were reported in March 2012. The vaccine, researchers said, was responsible. The reason for this is because, while whooping cough is primarily attributed toBordetella pertussis infection, it is also caused by another closely related pathogen called B. parapertussis, which the vaccine does NOT protect against. Two years earlier, scientists at Penn State had already reported that the pertussis vaccine significantly enhanced the colonization of B. parapertussis, thereby promoting vaccine-resistant whooping cough outbreaks. Even the CDC admits that caccinated adolescents and adults may serve as reservoirs for silent infection and become potential transmitters to unprotected infan Modern Whooping Cough Vaccines Accelerated Disease In the 1990s adverse side effects of previous whopping cough vaccines led to the development and introduction of acellular pertussis vaccines, which use just a handful of the bacteria’s proteins. The standard DTP or DPT (diphtheria, pertussis (whooping cough) and tetanus) vaccine is acknowledged to be the deadliest of all vaccines, causing more disability, illness and the highest risks, even exceeding MMR (measles, mumps and rubella). In the study cited above, the researchers noted the vaccine’s effectiveness was only 41 percent among 2- to 7-year-olds and a dismal24 percent among those aged 8-12 According to the authors: “… [V]accination led to a 40-fold enhancement of B. parapertussis colonization in the lungs of mice. Though the mechanism behind this increased colonization was not specifically elucidated, it is speculated to involve specific immune responses skewed or dampened by the acellular vaccine, including cytokine and antibody production during infection. Despite this vaccine being hugely effective against B. pertussis, which was once the primary childhood killer, these data suggest that the vaccine may be contributing to the observed rise in whooping cough incidence over the last decade by promoting B. parapertussis infection.” Pertussis whooping cough is a cyclical disease with natural increases that tend to occur every 4-5 years, no matter how high the vaccination rate is in a population using DTP or Tdap vaccines on a widespread basis. Whole cell DTP vaccines used in the U.S. from the 1950’s until the late 1990’s were estimated to be 63 to 94 percent effective and studies showed that vaccine-acquired immunity fell to about 40 percent after seven years. The problem is, the newer vaccines do not block transmission. A January 2014 study in PNAS by another research team demonstrated that giving baboons acellular pertussis vaccines prevented them from developing symptoms of whooping cough but failed to stop transmission. Building on that result, Althouse and Scarpino used whopping cough case counts from the CDC, genomic data on the pertussis bacteria, and a detailed epidemiological model of whooping cough transmission to conclude that acellular vaccines may well have contributed to — even exacerbated — the recent pertussis outbreak by allowing infected individuals without symptoms to unknowingly spread pertussis multiple times in their lifetimes. No Protection ‘There could be millions of people out there with just a minor cough or no cough spreading this potentially fatal disease without knowing it,’ said Althouse. ‘The public health community should act now to better assess the true burden of pertussis infection.’ What’s worse, their model shows that if the disease can be spread through vaccinated, asymptomatic individuals essentially undetected, the level of vaccination needed to protect those that are unvaccinated (so-called ‘herd immunity’) is over 99 percent, an impossible feat at a time when more informed and educated parents are turning away from vaccination. Their results also suggest that a practice called cocooning, where mothers, fathers, and siblings are vaccinated to protect newborns, isn’t effective. ‘It just doesn’t work, because even if you get the acellular vaccine you can still become infected and can still transmit. So that baby is not protected,’ Althouse says. When It Comes To Vaccines, It’s One Of The Worst Offenders In Damaging Health The fact that many vaccines are ineffective is becoming increasingly apparent. Merck has recently been slapped with two separate class action lawsuits contending they lied about the effectiveness of the mumps vaccine in their combination MMR shot, and fabricated efficacy studies to maintain the illusion for the past two decades that the vaccine is highly protective. In 1993, The National Childhood Encephalopathy study: a 10-year follow-up reported on the medical, social, behavioural and educational outcomes after serious, acute, neurological illness in early childhood. The analysis found a four-fold increase in the estimated risk of encephalitis from the pertussis vaccine. The analysis showed the risk of encephalitis with the vaccine have been grossly underestimated. Diphtheria and tetanus toxoids and whole-cell pertussis vaccine (DTP) and pediatric diphtheria and tetanus toxoids (DT) are not recommended for individuals 7 years of age or older due to increased adverse reactions. Yet in 1994, a study in the Family Practice Research Journal found that children 7 years of age or older are inadvertently receiving DTP or DT and were unnecessarily experiencing adverse reactions. In another study in the The Journal of the American Medical Association, children vaccinated with pertussis vaccine were six times more likely to develop asthma. In 2004, a study in the British Medical Journal found that the prevalence of asthma and wheezing in non-vaccinated individuals was approximately 50% less at age 69-81 months than children who had 3 or more doses of with the Diptheria and tetanus vaccine. Researchers reported in the OSMA Journal that the pertussis vaccine may cause lasting and permanent brain damage. Physicians are required to warn all responsible parties of vaccine recipients that pertussis vaccine may cause “lasting brain damage”, but rarely if ever to Physicians inform parents of this fact. In the Journal of Pediatrics researchers found an association observed between the DTP vaccination of preterm infants and a transient increase or recurrence of apnea where they would stop breathing. New England Medical Journal reported in 2001 that the DTP vaccine increases the risk of febrile seizures fivefold on the day of vaccination and that there are significantly elevated risks. Several other research citations linking the DTP vaccines to disease causing complications in neurological systems, the central nervous system, sudden death, cervical lymphadenitis and convulsions.

Britain Using PsyOps Domestically to Encourage “Conformity” By Derrick Broze Global Research, June 26, 2015 The Anti-Media 24 June 2015 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- According to newly released documents published byThe Intercept, a special unit with the British spy agency is involved in psychological operations, or PsyOps, and propaganda campaigns against groups it labels “extremist.” The documents are the latest from the trove released by whistleblower Edward Snowden. The new documents show that the British Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) operates an elite unit known as the Joint Threat Research Intelligence Group (JTRIG). First revealed last year, JTRIG is known for using sexual “honey traps” to discredit targets, using denial-of-service attacks to shut down Internet chat rooms, and generally pushing propaganda on social media. Despite official claims that JTRIG is focused on international targets in Iran or Afghanistan, the latest information reveals that the unit was focusing on domestic activity within the U.K.—activity typically monitored by local police or domestic law enforcement agencies. The Intercept reports: An August 2009 JTRIG memo entitled ‘Operational Highlights’ boasts of ‘GCHQ’s first serious crime effects operation’ against a website that was identifying police informants and members of a witness protection program. Another operation investigated an Internet forum allegedly ‘used to facilitate and execute online fraud.’ The document also describes GCHQ advice provided ‘to assist the UK negotiating team on climate change.’ Particularly revealing is a fascinating 42-page document from 2011 detailing JTRIG’s activities. It provides the most comprehensive and sweeping insight to date into the scope of this unit’s extreme methods. Entitled ‘Behavioral Science Support for JTRIG’s Effects and Online HUMINT [Human Intelligence] Operations,’ it describes the types of targets on which the unit focuses, the psychological and behavioral research it commissions and exploits, and its future organizational aspirations. It is authored by a psychologist, Mandeep K. Dhami. The documents (Behavioural Science Support for JTRIG’S Effects and Online HUMINT Operations,U.K. Ministry Stakeholder Relationships Spreadsheets) outline tactics employed by the agency, including ways to manipulate public opinion, understand human thinking and behavior, and encourage conformity. According to the documents, JTRIG “currently collaborates with other agencies,” including the Metropolitan police, the Security Service (MI5), the Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA), the Border Agency, Revenue and Customs (HMRC), and the National Public Order and Intelligence Unit (NPOIU). One of JTRIG’s objectives includes “monitoring ‘domestic extremist groups such as the English Defence League by conducting online HUMINT’; ‘denying, deterring or dissuading’ criminals and ‘hacktivists’; and ‘deterring, disrupting or degrading online consumerism of stolen data or child porn.” One of the reports from 2011 outlines JTRIG’s tactics, including uploading YouTube videos containing “persuasive communications,” starting Facebook groups and Twitter accounts, and creating fake online personalities and supporters “to discredit, promote distrust, dissuade, deter, delay or disrupt.” JTRIG also relies on an understanding of psychology which is “critical” to operations. The unit used social media campaigns to encourage and foster “obedience” and “conformity”. Section 3.6 Obedience, says compliance can be achieved by “engendering liking (attractiveness); instilling a sense of scarcity or secrecy; getting compliance to a small request at first.” Essentially, the U.K. government is using an elite unit of spies to launch psychological operations on “extremists” by creating fake accounts and videos to promote conformity and obedience. However, the practice is not exclusive to the U.K.. PsyOps are used by nations around the world. The 2002 edition of the Department of Defense Dictionary of Military and Associated Terms defines psychological operations as integrated employment of the core capabilities of electronic warfare, computer network operations, psychological operations, military deception, and operations security, in concert with specified supporting and related capabilities, to influence, disrupt, corrupt or usurp adversarial human and automated decision making while protecting our own. Since that time, PsyOp has fallen out of favor and the term is now officially known as Military Information Support Operations, or MISO. It is defined as Planned operations to convey selected information and indicators to foreign audiences to influence their emotions, motives, objective reasoning, and ultimately the behavior of foreign governments, organizations, groups, and individuals in a manner favorable to the originator’s objectives. The United States military was famously caught using psychological operations in 2011, when Rolling Stone reported that “the U.S. Army illegally ordered a team of soldiers specializing in ‘psychological operations’ to manipulate visiting American senators into providing more troops and funding for the war.” Indeed, the operations seem crucial to the mission of the United States government (and totalitarian governments around the globe, for that matter). According to the leaked U.S. Special Forces counterinsurgency manual: PSYOP [Psychological Operations] are essential to the success of PRC [Population & Resources Control]. For maximum effectiveness, a strong psychological operations effort is directed toward the families of the insurgents and their popular support base. The PSYOP aspect of the PRC program tries to make the imposition of control more palatable to the people by relating the necessity of controls to their safety and well-being. PSYOP efforts also try to create a favorable national or local government image and counter the effects of the insurgent propaganda effort. Without a doubt, the U.S. government continues to label its own population “extremist” and is focusing its propaganda efforts domestically. The U.S. Special Forces Counterinsurgency Manual—as well as the new Snowden documents—should be required reading for all revolutionaries seeking to understand the tactics of the U.S. government. Only by educating ourselves can we hope to form a united, empowered front against government tyranny.

Also, they had to know of the FBI report dated July 31, 1964, that dealt with the possible links between LHO and Jack Ruby. In this report they could see the words of Dobbs House waitress Mary Dowling. On December 6, 1963, Mary Adda Dowling….professed to recognize pictures of Oswald as a person who had eaten at the restaurant usually between 7:00 and 7:30 AM. She related she recalled the person now recognized as Oswald was last seen by her in the restaurant at about 10:00 AM, Wednesday, November 20, 1963, at which time he was "nasty" and used curse words in connection with his order. She went on to relate that Officer J. D. Tippit was in the restaurant, as was his habit at about that time each morning, and "shot a glance at Oswald." She said there was no indication, however, that they knew each other. (CE 3001, p. 2) The WC went too far and this evidence bites them in the rear as this shows they did see each other on the morning of November 20, 1963, so their claim is false. It is true that the FBI did not immediately inform the WC of this evidence, but still they had time to learn about it before the final copy of the WCR came out in September. Ms. Dowling’s comments are corroborated by another Dobbs House waitress, Mrs. Delores Harrison, when she told the FBI the following later on in CE 3001. Mrs. Dolores Harrison advised she had been employed as a waitress at the Dobbs House for approximately six years. She stated that during the latter months of 1963, specific dates unrecalled, Lee Harvey Oswald came into the Dobbs House numerous times. Mrs. Harrison related that on November 21, 1963 she recalls Oswald having been in the Dobbs House for breakfast, specific time unrecalled. She stated she recalls this particular occasion, inasmuch as Oswald had ordered "eggs over light" and, when served, made a complaint that the eggs were "cooked too hard." Mrs. Harrison advised [that] she prepared Oswald's eggs and Mary Dowling, a waitress, served same to him. She related that, although Oswald complained of the eggs, he accepted them. She related [that] although she saw Oswald at the Dobbs House a number of times, she did not know his identity until seeing his picture in the newspaper as being the accused assassin of President Kennedy. Mrs. Harrison advised she has never seen Jack L. Ruby at the Dobbs House at any other location; she has no knowledge of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, or of any connections between Ruby and Oswald. (CE 3001, p. 520) Despite this statement matching Ms. Dowling’s the FBI did not ask her if JDT was present. It seems the reason these statements were ignored by the both the FBI and the WC was due to Texas School Book Depository (TSBD) records showing LHO began work at 8:00 a.m. on November 20, 1963, and stayed his full eight hours. This must have lead them to believe that LHO could NOT be eating eggs at Dobbs House restaurant between 7:00 and 7:30 a.m. and still be at work by 8:00 a.m. If we use that logic then how could LHO have have been arrested and jailed when the same timesheet record shows he worked a FULL EIGHT-HOUR DAY ON November 22, 1963 as well!? (THE FBI CREATES LHO EMPLOYMENT FORGERIES,GAAL) CE 1949, p. 6: Perhaps Mary Dowling was a little off on the time or perhaps the time keeping at the TSBD was a little lax, but this explanation does NOT disqualify what both waitresses saw on the morning of November 20, 1963. Neither the FBI nor the WC bothered to investigate if JDT and LHO may have been at the restaurant on other occasions as well. What were they afraid of finding out? The WCR did NOT have to state they had NEVER seen each other so we have to be suspicious based on this evidence.
