Today I have posted images from Bell, Martin, Nix, Hughes, Willis, Altgens, Muchmore and Martin. I thought you were referring to Bell. Make clear which image you refer to. In Dallas in November the sun is NOT directly overhead, but about 15 degrees to the south, so shadows should fall slightly to the north. For a shadow of a tall pole across the street to fall on the County Adm Building, the sun would have to be low in the WEST, which is not the case at noon.
