I agree, there does not appear to be any movement behind the fence as the bystanders are running towards the overpass.

Didn't come across any tire tracks in the grass did you. ?

How bowers could have seen a motorcycle try to ride up the grassy slope, when it was supposedly happening on the other side of the fence is beyond me.

Have you ever seen any evidence that this actually occured. ?

I haven't.
