Considering the details about David Bazelon in my earlier post on this thread, and my posts on other threads related to what Irv Kupcinet had to know and never discuss in his columns, TV shows, etc..., and his surprising and sustained attack against Oliver Stone and his JFK movie, the following shouldn't be surprising, but it is...

Who We Are

....Jacob Weisberg is chairman and editor-in-chief of the Slate Group, a unit of the Washington Post Co. devoted to developing Web-based publications. Weisberg joined Slate shortly after its founding in 1996 as chief political correspondent. He succeeded Michael Kinsley to become Slate's second editor from 2002 until 2008, when he handed the job over to David Plotz. Before joining Slate, Weisberg wrote about politics for magazines including the New Republic, Newsweek, New York Magazine, Vanity Fair and the New York Times Magazine. His most recent book, The Bush Tragedy, was a New York Times bestseller in 2008. He is the co-author, with Robert E. Rubin, of In an Uncertain World (2003). He is also the author of the 1996 book In Defense of Government, the 2000 eBook The Road to Chadville, and the Bushisms series.

...Emily Bazelon is a senior editor at Slate and co-editor of DoubleX, Slate's section for women. She edits the magazine's legal columns ("Jurisprudence") and writes about law and family. She is also the Truman Capote Fellow at Yale Law School and a contributing writer at the New York Times Magazine. Before joining Slate, she worked as an editor and writer at Legal Affairs magazine and as a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit. Her work has also appeared in the Atlantic, O Magazine, and Mother Jones, among other publications. She is a graduate of Yale College and Yale Law School....

Jacob Weisberg is the son of Lois Weisberg, former wife of Leonard Solomon, a close friend of Lenny Bruce who lived for a period in the home of Lois and Leonard. Lois Weisberg is known as Chicago's "fixer". her ex-husband Leonard was the brother of Essee Kupcinet, which made him Irv Kupcinet's brother-in-law and Karyn Kupcinet's uncle.

Emily Bazelon is the grand-daughter of Judge David Bazelon, former Arvey, Ziffren law partner.

How eager do you think Jacob Weisberg and Emily Bazelon are to write or edit in-depth articles on the stuff I research...the Chicago ties of the Byfields, Hoy, Crown, Arvey, Ziffren, Earl Warren, Tom C. Clark, Albert E. Jenner, Ira and Jimmy Colitz, Virginia Hill, and Jack Ruby?

Left to right: E. Leonard Solomon (1921-2002), a wine consultant and co-owner of the pharmacy, Mrs. William Lyon, William Wasserman, and Mrs. Ronald Meyers.

Solomon was the brother-in-law of Chicago Sun-Times columnist Irv Kupcinet and a friend of comedian Lenny Bruce. He had a wife, Sofia, and two daughters, Jerilyn and Kiki. An original resident at Marina City remembers him as “a nice guy, a wonderful story-teller, and he was never without a cigar.”

So, even if Jacob Weisberg, once tapped for Skull and Bones at Yale, wanted to talk about Jack ruby's ties to the Colitz brothers who were close to Irv Kupcinet and to Jack Ruby, not only would his minders at Washington Post have to be consulted, Weisberg has to consider the impact on his two half-siblings, who called Irv Kupcinet, "uncle Irv" !

(Now a widow, Weisberg has four children: Jerilyn, an artist; Kiki, a tropical fruit farmer; Joseph, a novelist; and Jacob, editor of Slate.com.)

Skull and Bonesman Dana Millbank of the Washington Post was assigned to cover the campaigns of fellow Bonesmen Bush and Kerry in the 2004 presidential campaign, and there is this.:

....Thiel is also subject to hack jobs and character assassinations by neo-liberal journalists that cover his career and seek to delegitimize his efforts.

The latest example is the piece in Slate Magazine by Jacob Weisberg, editor-in-chief of Slate Group and a dedicated critic of anyone opposed to statist neo-liberalism (his own ties to the Skull and Bones secret society at Yale are also recognized). As a powerful editor of a Washington Post Company outpost, Weisberg diligently drafts articles that put capitalists, libertarians, and free marketeers in the cross hairs. Therefore, the tone behind his latest article is necessarily belittling, because this is how Weisberg views others that disagree with him on the economy, individual liberties, education and the size of government.

The character-assassinating tone scorches the eyes immediately, right from the headline:

Turn on, Start Up, Drop Out

Hyper-libertarian Facebook billionaire Peter Thiel’s appalling plan to pay students to quit college.

[Obama] has brought some pretty ugly worms out of the woodwork, and while no JFK, serves to highlight contradictions. In this way his PRESIDENCY can be seen as progressive and even as a progression of Kennedy. His very existence is a testament to Kennedy and Civil Rights and its relationship with Capital.

KGB officers inside the CIA, who wanted to "redistribute wealth," killed JFK, RFK, and MLK in a warped effort to start a race war in the United States.

After ultimately failing to realize a “race war” in 1968, and after having exhausted their efforts along those lines by killing the two most prominent civil rights leaders of the day, the KGB officers applied “benign neglect” to that particular effort. With their substantial influence across the political spectrum and with years of terrorist acts culminating in the assassinations of Martin Luther King and Robert F. Kennedy, the KGB officers effectively ended integration.

Leftist politicians then capitalized on the situation.

Segregation, which had once been the law of the land in many parts of the United States, became more and more of a sociological norm as demagoguery took root, African-Americans were exploited, and identifying with one’s skin color became a basis for gravitating towards segregation. It was, in fact, the same demagoguery used by segregationists in the early 1960s as they called for separate but equal. The pragmatic liberalism of the 1960s quickly faded away and in due time, those who exploited the segregated society and benefited from it began calling themselves “progressives” and “black liberationists.”

They called for “social justice” and sought to capitalize on the sociologically segregated society. Gone were the exhortations for African-Americans to become integral parts of society and be judged on the content of their character and not the color of their skin. African-Americans were told that they were victims who needed to judge other African-Americans only on the color of their skin.

Obama is a product of the lowlifes who wanted to divide society by assassinating those who wanted to integrate society. You will never hear Obama tell African-Americans that the color of their skin has nothing to do with who they are. The sociologically segregated society worked out fine for Obama and he has no intention of promoting an integrated society.

Obama is the most segregationist President in history. He has gotten rich telling African-Americans to segregate themselves based on skin color and not integrate themselves into society. The attitude of Obama and the far left toward African-Americans can only be characterized as: "Putting them down and keeping them down."
