Ron Ecker Posted November 22, 2011 Share Posted November 22, 2011 Penn State hiring former FBI director Louis Freeh to head its investigation of sexual child abuse is about as insulting to the world's intelligence as Bush trying to appoint Henry Kissinger to head the 9/11 Commission. Here is a guy who led the FBI during the cover-ups of Waco, the murder of Vince Foster, foreign involvement in the Oklahoma City bombing, and the shooting down of TWA Flight 800. I'm sure I've left something out. Oh, yes, remember Filegate? So who in the world would hire this guy to get to the bottom of something? It makes more sense that he would be hired to help cover up whatever is being investigated. So we know what PSU has to gain by hiring him. What does Freeh have to gain by getting involved?
