Ramon F. Herrera
Folks: This is the essence of the so-called "Herrera Effect" (aka "Parkland Effect", aka "Suction Cup Effect") : (1) Minimalist, from above:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5oMYjHEQkEQ (2) With CFD: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k-G11nq5Pa4 (3) Lateral view with more realism: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tB6eB2lXBk8 Frankly, I am trying to decide what to do about the fate of the bullet. I wonder whether there is enough heat to vaporize it in such short trip through cranial matter. What is the official version? All one reads is "Magic Bullet this, Magic Bullet that". Can't find much about the Fatal Bullet. TIA -Ramon Edited October 7, 2015 by Ramon F. Herrera
Ramon F. Herrera
It seems that -as usual!- there are conflicting theories. The government claims that all bullet fragments found in the limo and the brain (minus CE-399) came from the same bullet. Meanwhile: "There has never been any evidence to link the intact bullet, CE-399 with Connally's wounds, or Kennedy's wounds, or the limousine. The travails of CE-399 will be the subject of a subsequent chapter. Because the evidence indicates that the bullet which caused Kennedy's head wound exited rearward, the bullet in the limousine, CE-567, is much more likely to be the one that came from Connally's wounds."
