Oswald, Intelligence Asset or Not

If the Warren Commissioners were aware of and subjected to the rules established by National Security Council 10/2 and NSC 5412 (because Oswald had been used in a covert operation by the US Government, see information listed under the topic "Shanet"), would these “conspirators” be happy the American public, forty years later, did not believe that Oswald was an involved party?

National Security Council 10/2 and NSC 5412 defined "covert operations" as ". . . all activities conducted pursuant to this directive which are so planned and executed that any U.S. Government responsibility for them is not evident to unauthorized persons and that if uncovered the U.S. Government can plausibly disclaim any responsibility for them.

I wish we could make regular Bush voting patriotic people understand THIS, then we'd have the problem here licked. But brains were washed long before we were even born, so we do what we can to help people get a clue.

This DIRECTIVE should be blown up (an simpified)- on every newspaper, every bill board in the US...ABC should have it no on the news. But that is not the america we live in.

We have the Constituation, and some people still alive who hold it dearly, but we need to fight now. Not against each other on who killed jfk,- ( But WHY) - and for our fundamental liberty, and basic human rights as US citizens.

Some folks tell me it's too late, give up.

A list of reasons is what it comes down too.

1. Hoover had it in for Kennedy's and wanted to get back.

2. Mess up with Bay of Pigs.

3. Wanted the Vietnam war thought to help out economy but more some certain company's.

4. A way to devert attentions off of Russia and the cold war.

Maybe some can name more reasons.

B> Who was behind it?

1. CIA and FBI JFK wanted to shut it down or redo the whole programs.

also possible reasons for wanting JFK to be killed.

2. Military wanting a war and JFK not wanting it.

3. Mafia wanting JFK killed because of loss of money dealing with Castro and the hope of making Cuba more profitable and also the Mafia.

4. Outside source maybe secret about Russia having some influnances but somehow doesn't hold water on this as much. Russia didn't wish for war and was as afraid of it as we were.

Again maybe someone can add more or correct me.

As far as the Bad winning out as far as us never coming to grips with the truth I think we have it and a lot of it, just don't have the proof.

C> Why keep the evidence from being released?

1. The ones that were involved don't want the hassel of going though criminal charges.

2. They made a promise to keep the truth from coming out.

3. Tosh Plumlee stated something rather interesting and that is if the truth comes out none of us would be alive to tell it. Maybe, it could cause a war if the truth came out and was not handled the right way could go to that automatically.

The last brings about HIGHEST QUESTIONS OF ALL.

It could still cause a war.

It is still considered to be just what NARA has it down on hidden documents so many state for National Security Reasons.
