Lawrence Schnapf Posted March 5, 2022 Share Posted March 5, 2022 (edited) I previously submitted a request to NARA seeking the underlying correspondence and memos associated with the Trump and Biden memos authorizing further withholding of the JFK assassination records. when my request was denied, I sued the Archives and the government recently agreed at a status conference with the court to start releasing 250 pages a month beginning this month. Attached is another request to the Archivist to complete assassination record searches that were outstanding at the time the ARRB went out of business.
