Thanks for the post Douglass.  This sound's almost doable for me, cost/distance (70 mi).  I'd love to meet J Gary Shaw in particular, along with others. 

But, 3132 Milam in FW for me on google maps came up as a run down old wooden house, along with Lone Star Garden.  A permanently closed wedding venue at a not real large home off E. Lancaster in FW.  Not a place an old white guy like me would feel safe in.  

I think I'll contact the link or call.  I also think I remember seeing info on this in past years, maybe in Mansfield or close by?
