Barnes testified that he took a photo of Oswald when he got out of the jail elevator. He then proceeded quickly outside with his audio tech Ted Mann. We see Barnes taking film and sped away in the car he rented with the goal of following Oswald wherever he was going. The driver was an off-duty DPD officer. I doubt any of his material has ever been published. Barnes is also responsible for introducing David Ferrie into the WC Volumes.
